My Mom and I went to check out some jewelry. I was having trouble finding something to match my dress so my Mom asked the woman at the counter for assistance and she did not hesitate to help us. I later found out her name was Mrs. Zolita. She was so helpful and we ended up finding some jewelry that matched my dress perfectly! Thank you again Mrs. Zolita you are Awesome!

I was shopping for something else when I happened to see a blouse I thought was so pretty, I wanted to put on layaway but it was 14.99 & so I understand you have to put $20 worth of items, however I was in some bit of a hurry and grabbed a pair of $5.99 lounge pants, the lady said my total came to 21 or 22 dollars & my down payment would be 2.15 but the system wasn't allowing her to process the layaway. That top was so gorgeous. I really wanted to hold it til the next day when I had time to shop....Normally I have a good experience here but idk that was a little frustrating. I just hope they still have my size because it was only about 6

I came in here to try and find blouses/dresses for work as citi trends is inexpensive. But sometimes I may not find the best fit for me. The "manager" with the short cut pink hair looked at me like she had a problem while I was making an exchange with the other Manger who by the way had excellent customer service. I don't know what that was about. It was a same day return. It made me feel some type of way because customer service goes along way. It doesn't cost anything to smile/greet a customer. But hey I guess you get what you pay for.
