Great produce and beautiful selection of meats.
The plus for me is that they actually have cashiers to check you out without a long wait. I love that this small neighborhood Food Lion has that old-fashioned grocery store touch. Hats off to the owner of this store. Also, the fried chicken tastes like home-cooked fried chicken. You better try some soon.

Antoine over in the meat department has amazing customer service! He saw me struggling and pondering over the meat selection and asked if he could help me with anything. He even went to the back and came back with what I needed. I definitely appreciate him going above and beyond. It made my day!

Best mini FL in the Portsmouth Churchland area. Never a line, no more than 10 customers in there at a time. A DREAM! PLUS, the staff is chill and very helpful. It's my.go.to.
Highly recommend for after work shopping WITHOUT the crowds.

Visited this store at 10am on a Tuesday. The very large, very loud, cleaning machine was zooming around the store kicking up dust. By the time I got to the check out, I was coughing, choking & had a headache from the dust. Spoke to the manager a couple of days later and was informed that Food Lion has no control of the floor cleaning company and their schedule. Period. Won't be shopping at this Food Lion in the future.
