The repairs went beyond my expectations.
This truck went from parked for the last 8 months to the best running truck. I have in my Fleet.
Power stroke was able to identify multiple issues and correct all of them. I have already scheduled an appointment.
For my next truck. Power strokes staff are extreme.

FINALLY!! I found a PROFESSIONAL that specializes in Powerstroke engines. Go figure it’s in the name. I live in Virginia Beach so the drive is a bit of a pain, but damn was well worth the trip. My ‘06 6.0 runs like a champ and hasn’t run this good for quite a while. Settled for a “cheaper” FICM that got put in a few years ago and probably went through at least 3 alternators after the Ford one went out since I got the truck. Joe put in a new FICM and relay, a MUCH needed higher performance alternator, glow plug/harness, fuse box, and turbo boot and was very well worth what I paid for since the truck I wanna keep for a lifetime runs like a champ again. Being in the Navy for a lifetime I know a lot of truck enthusiasts. I’ll be passing the word where to take their truck to get work done the right way and where you get an actual invoice with clear detailed work listed, not this primitive cheap hand written invoices the other guys used. Looking forward to working with Joe to discuss a way forward for some upgrades. THANKS JOE!!!

The folks at Power Stroke Performance are awesome. Joe went above and beyond to procure replacement parts for my vehicle that are no longer produced. I’ve brought both of my Ford Trucks for maintenance/repair and will continue to do so in the future. Can’t imagine taking my Fords anywhere else.

The guys at powerstroke Performance were very communicative with updates on the process of my repairs and updated me in a timely manner on what repairs were required. They were very cooperative and patient with me going through the process of settling my debt with them. The truck had ran immaculate ever since I picked it up. Will be going back to them for any further work and highly recommend them for any work big or small.

Joe and his staff repaired my husband’s truck after mice had gotten under the hood and ate the wire harness, transmission lines, vacuum lines and ABS lines. He and his team are very knowledgeable and professional and when Joe said the truck would be completed it was on that day

Joe at Powerstroke Performance is by far the best mechanic I have come across in over 25 years. Believe me I have had my share of beatem and cheatem and lied too take truck in with one simple issue and it suddenly has a major problem or three and get home and find another problem like the garage on Mount Pleasant Road!
Never again “! Powerstroke Performance is the only shop my truck is going to on the planet. Joe is like a scientist in diesel Powerstroke fords. He is honest and warrants his parts and labor two years! You can leave his shop with peace of mind knowing that the job was done right.

This place is extremely busy, and I think that fact speaks for itself. It took awhile to get a scheduled appointment, but once the truck was onsite it was handled expeditiously by a team that are ford experts. So, worth the wait in my opinion. This is the first time I had to take the truck to a shop as I can typically do routine repair and replacement jobs at home myself, but I will certainly utilize PPR again in the future when necessary. Joe keeps in contact throughout the process to ensure customers are in the know and aware of any work they are doing so no surprises occur. Their inspection reports and invoices are clearly labeled and itemized so you know exactly what was done and how much you are paying for each. The inspection report even included photos of areas that may be of concern in the future, which I found very helpful. Would definitely recommend to any powerstroke owner.
