WM always show up when scheduled, if they cannot, they email to notify us as the customers. Great customer service, pleasure to work with.

Once you obtain service, be forewarned that you’re trapped in a contract that you’ll have to pay a steep penalty to get out of should you decide WM isn’t a good fit for you.

Constant issues with dumpsters not being picked up. Spending valuable time calling about missed pickups on almost a weekly basis is getting very old. Pickups are often "rescheduled" but then never actually occur. It is to the point where we are having to check the dumpsters daily to see if they have been emptied because credit is not issued unless you call after pick up is "missed" although they should have a record of when bins are serviced.

Frequently do not pick up my bin. Then they reschedule so I put it back out only to be told it was not out. My HOA doesn’t allow bins to just sit out. I’ve been told they sometimes do not have drivers. A good back up would be with one of the other companies that service our neighborhood.
