My experience has been great at this place. I Have had some issues since getting my car back the owner Scott both times has been on top of it. For me personally, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect to be taken care if I have an issue after the fact. That is exactly what has happened here. Integrity. A week after getting my window replaced the window came off track. I drove right into Chester autobody- Scott stopped what he was doing- Came right out worked on my door for about an hour, Stripped the whole thing down right in front of me, not only found the issue but explained what was the issue, owned up to where they could’ve been better & didn’t make me feel weird about it in the process.
I I highly doubt that they ever have cars that come back with these type of issues, I am sure I am an anomaly. I just wanted to make sure I let others know who are looking for integrity in a body shop. It is here.

Towed my truck and left a 500$ wheel sitting on the highway that has now been stolen. Tow truck driver could not care less about it either. Very poor service wouldn’t recommend at all. Scary service. DO NOT HIRE.

VERY friendly group and gave me a quote on the spot. They gave me a date to bring my car in, this was a side mirror replacement, and I had it back the next day and it required some painting! The work looks perfect, you would never know that there was anything done AND they vacuumed my car….this was such a nice surprise! Great company!

Thank you to the team at Chester Body. The truck came back looking perfect and very clean. I should have probably cleaned it before coming in. The team was very clear, courteous, made me feel comfortable, and even did more than expected. I hope to not be back lol, but we live in a world of the unexpected. If I could give 6 stars I would. I had such a great experience with a process that is usually so painful. The team at Chester Body Shop was responsive, communicative, efficient and honest. They were able to complete the work on my truck while I was at the beach on vacation, and my truck looks better now than when I bought it. Well done, Chester Body Shop. Great group of folks who communicate great and provide great customer service. They went to my car in the shop several times to pick up things I left in there and needed while the car was in the shop. They also did a great job communicating with me, the insurance company, and the rental company -- and did a great job repairing my car!
