Me & my boyfriend just came here yesterday bc he was looking at trucks & stuff. But the sales associate was super sweet & was going above & beyond & was trying her best to sell us a car/truck. Super helpful, very sweet & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.

I got a Corolla Toyota from here two months ago & I am so upset with the car. It’s a used car. They told us we’re the second owner finding out there has been three owners. So they flat out lied to us! Thankful their neighbor HONDA helped us. We traded in our Corolla with a HONDA & I am glad. Don’t fall for their GAP BS! This place are like hawks trying to get you buy a car and fell for it. They’re just trying to make a quick buck. Also the customer service sucks! Stay away from here if you don’t like dishonesty.

This morning I noticed a burning smell from my car and saw that the engine oil looked very low, which made me panic. I called Royalty Toyota, and Service Advisor Dana Reed immediately guided me through the process of having my vehicle towed to the dealership for diagnosis and inspection.
After a thorough check, they found the issue — a plastic bag had wrapped around my tailpipe. There was nothing wrong with the engine or oil system.
Ms. Dana Reed explained everything step by step from start to finish with complete professionalism and outstanding customer care. I truly appreciate her patience, knowledge, and the way she handled the situation.

Drove an hour to look at a car only to discover it had numerous areas of body/exterior damage and the roof and hood covered in hail damage, shockingly bad condition. Do better with online listings or continue to lose sales and LOYAL customers.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at loyalty Toyota selling my Highlander! Their service was super fast and so helpful! We had Jacob Ligue as our sales rep who went above and beyond to make sure we received as much money as possible back for our car! He was so kind and ready to help at the drop of a hat!
