DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS FACILITY. My experience is appalling. Dogwood KinderCare not only failed due diligence while my ex committed fraud, but they assisted him and ignored a subpoena for my child's records. Staff was rude and lied about my parental rights. This facility’s disregard for the law and parental rights makes me fear for children's safety. They could allow a kidnapper to take a child. Steer clear!

I can’t say enough good things about Dogwood Kinder Care! The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff to student ratio is appropriate. Teachers are warm and engaging AND generally care about the children. The education program helps my child learn and grow. The staff is easy to talk to. I enjoy receiving daily updates through the app. The outdoor play area is well kept. This location has been a wonderful place for my child since they opened in May of 2021!

Our son attended Kindercare for over a year and it was a bit of a roller coaster. While the center improved from when we started, several things happened that didn’t sit well with us. While we were still part of it, we raised a few safety concerns and did not feel like the environment was as nurturing as we would have liked it to be. From our point of view, there wasn’t enough focus on learning and development. Staff could use more help to take better care if the kiddos without being distracted with other activities.
There are several good teachers there but doesn’t feel like they are set up to succeed.

We have two boys who have been going to KinderCare and MJ has turned around this place! All of the staff have been great for the most part and truly care about the kids. Highly recommend this daycare!

Our toddler has been attending Kindercare Dogwood for about a year and we have nothing but good things to say. First and foremost we feel safe leaving our daughter in their care. Second they engage in a lot of fun learning and social activities for the children. They have different special events for the family to engage in as well, which are always fun. Lastly we love the videos and pictures they send throughout the day. We are proud to be apart of the Dogwood community!

We recently started our almost-four-year-old at KinderCare Dogwood and even after a lot of recent transitions in her life, she has been excelling here! The teachers and staff work together with the parents to come up with a plan if any extra attention is needed, concerns arise, etc. Enrolling our daughter at KinderCare has been a fantastic choice for our family and we love to see her thriving and growing!

We have two children at Dogwood KinderCare. Our almost 3 year old loves her class and her teachers. She is learning and having great hands on experiences! Whenever there is an issue or concern, the director, asst. director and teachers are very communicative. In the last 2 years, we have seen great improvement and look forward to seeing our children continue to learn and grow here.

Dogwood KinderCare is a magical place! We are so fortunate that our son is able to attend. His teachers are absolute angels and we just can't thank them enough. They are so accommodating, patient, kind, and the list goes on and on! Not only are his teachers angels, but so is every staff member we have come across. He has not been there for long, but immediately we all felt comfortable like he'd been there for years! Thank you to everyone at Dogwood KinderCare! 1000% recommend!

My almost 5 year old has been going here since she was 2 and now she will soon be 5. Her teachers are amazing and she’s learning so much. My 7 month old also attends in the infant room and her teachers are also amazing caring for 8 infants. The Director and Assistant director are just as amazing. We love it here and couldn’t think of a better daycare for my kids to get their education from.

This location has been an absolute DELIGHT to send my energetic toddler to! His teachers are kind and accomodating to his needs, the director is always available and frequently seen inside classrooms and at check-in/check-out, and the entire facility is always clean. I feel like my child comes home with a new word every day, as well as creative artwork I get to hang on our fridge! I couldn't be happier with my experience here.

We have not had any issues with this facility. The staff is amazing, I feel the staff there takes the time to get to know their student's families. Communication is great and they also plan a lot of fun activities for the kids and their families. My daughter has learned a lot since she's been at this daycare, she was able to identify all her letters and count past 10 among other things before she turned 2. So I would say I am happy with the curriculum.

The infant rooms is great. They are helping my one year old to grow and develop to her full potential. We have been with Dogwood Kindercare for over a year and I don't think that I could have picked a better place for her to go. MJ and Sam take care of all of our needs in a timely manner. We are treated like family. In the morning at drop off my child and I are greeted by name. So they take time to get to know you and your needs. The infant teachers meet you at the door and set you and your child up for a smooth transition. So if you are looking for a great center to place your little one in I would have to say Kindercare Dogwood is the best place to be.

I send both of my children to KinderCare Dogwood! My 4 year old has been going there for almost 3 years and my 17 month old has been going for over a year. The teachers and staff are wonderful, every teacher knows both of my boys by name and cares for them like they were their own. I get updates with photos daily and am always up to date about curriculum and activities. Both of my boys learn and grow so much every day - big thanks to the teachers and staff at KinderCare. I highly recommend sending your children to KinderCare Dogwood!

This location KinderCare at Dogwood is the worst. The Director does not follow company guidelines. She does not follow the learning guidelines set forth by the company. They are often understaffed and they do not report incidents as they occur. I don’t think this is only at the Director level, I think it goes up the chain of command Otherwise, this director would’ve already been fired. As soon as we found this information out, our granddaughter was removed from their Lack of supervision and care. There are other Kindercare locations in this area that treat children and parents like they should be. I do not recommend this location of KinderCare.
