Banfield Pet Hospital in Colonial Heights VA has been nothing but incredible. My dog is 17 years old, and everyday with her feels like a gift. Thanks to her amazing care team, she’s thriving and receiving the best possible support for her health.

The staff was nice when they were there, but I can't get in contact with anyone anymore! It's been 6 months and they're constantly closed or I never get callbacks. I'm looking for a new vet.

My puppy loves going here and I do like the Vets there, but been very disappointed in the fact I've had 2 appt canceled after waiting months to fit him in to be neutered, 1st time the vet was out do to family emergency, 2nd do to no vet available. Also called several times and saying there closed when it's 11am on a Monday. I shouldn't have to drive to another Banfield Hospital that is a 35 min drive when my Banfield is 10 min away and near my work. I'm thinking of finding another Veterinarian if this continues. Only reason I'm sticking it out cuz I pay for there yearly care. This is ridiculous

Tried calling for past 15 min and no answer. Recording says they are closed but open at 8. Its 8:15... this will also be the 3rd time I brought my dog in for the same issues in the past month. They dont know what they are doing!
