I had an excellent experience working with Michelle on my taxes. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. She made the entire tax process stress-free and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt confident that my return was accurate and that I was getting the best possible outcome.
What stood out the most was Michelle’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure nothing was overlooked. She was also very responsive, whether by phone or email, and kept me updated throughout the process.
If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Michelle. I’ll definitely be returning next year!
