Made an appointment at 11 weeks ago to get my sons balloons blown up for their birthday party at 12. Arrive and no one is there, I call no one available to come blow them up. End up at Martin’s paying $70 to get balloons blown up and late for the party. I will NEVER use them again!!!!! So upset!!!!! I missed their big surprise arriving thanks to their lack of professionalism!!!!

My son just turned 2 and we got balloons fromhere two years in a row to celebrate his birthday. We have been very impressed with the quality and attention to detail each time - you can tell he really loves his job and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.Thank you for making my son’s 2nd birthday extra special this year!

Where do I start? Decor express has created a Memorable Event that will last a lifetime. Along for myself the balloon creations was the star of the show? My guest were truly amazed by the creativity of their work. Decor express also had professional timely and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend their services.

I will never go to this place in Culpeper ever again!!I placed an order online Monday with them for some simple birthday balloons. I called the next day after I placed my order to confirm, because I didn’t get any email response. The gentleman answered and told me that they will respond to you soon. So I waited another day called him back all day no answer. At this point I’m like what kind of business is this ….. so I called finally on Thursday the same gentleman answered the phone and acted like he had no clue I sent a email order in and asked what did I I want . I told him what I wanted,he said ok Saturday , you pick up it will be ready at 1 , and we will send you a email of the bill. Friday I got nothing and I tried calling this same number and yet again no answer still ?Saturday I got there and they were closed I called called no answer so I left a note on the door. How can someone run a business with bad customer service like this . I hope this place goes out of business because that is not a way to succeed with this kinda of customer service. Apparently this has happened to numerous of people in the town!

Called the day of my gender reveal and picked up 10 regular balloons. Placed them along the driveway and left them overnight. The balloons were still up and flying the next day. Fair price and good quality! Thanks again for taking me on such short notice!!!

HR provided excellent delivery and customer service on yesterday at an event honoring my mom's 75th birthday. The balloons creation & design & colors were exactly as discussed during my initial order. I highly recommend this company.

They definitely do a good job at balloon decorating and they have a big selection of balloons however this place is very very overpriced!!

I'm Co-Director of Single Mothers United of Culpeper. Decorxpress not only graciously donated balloons to our opening event they delivered early as well. Bless you for the donation! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your meeting/party needs.
