Took two small girls here, the person working couldn't have been nicer! Both girls got to pick out a handful of items, along with a few recommendations that would have been missed if we'd just looked through the store by ourselves.

11/26/22I can say I have much need for Claire's myself, but there was a time I did wear a mood necklace. I have even considered getting my ears pierced, but never did.I watched as little girls as young as 1 year old get her first earrings. My wife went looking for something in this store, but I was drawn to the mood rings/necklaces. The items offered did not look appealing and did not get anything. Still, if you want to get earrings, you have plenty of options to choose from.

This locations DOES NOT HONOR the Claire's return policy. DO NOT BUY anything you are not 100% certain you will keep - and when you tween girls - that can be challenge sometimes. I came in earlier today with an original receipt from 5 days ago, all merchandise on that receipt in original packaging and got excuse after excuse from the associates on why they couldn't process the return. Stay away from this junk store and these junk associates.

Took my little sister to get her ears pierced and signed the consent form for her. The piercer only asked her what earrings she wanted, not me, even though I was the one who had to give consent and pay for the piercing. When I asked if we could do a different piercing since it was an expensive choice, she said no because she had already taken them out and put them into the gun. I’m not sure why she would listen to a minor and not get permission first from the person consenting. The piercings are also misaligned and not in matching positions.

The staff there is so rude and disrespectful mostly the young ones. They need to watch there tone and welcome people in instead of being rude.

Got my ear pierced here, first time at this Claire and I would never go back, the piercing she did was not straight the front and the back of the piercing don’t match and my ear got swollen with the earring going in.

You guys literally pierced a girls ear to her mask and then said she could have a refund if she takes it out of her swollen and sore ear. You guys are a joke.
