Really great experience! Dr. M was humble, super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated.
K really listened, gave thorough feedback, and took time to explain all the different options for glasses and lenses without rushing me.
The nurse who did the exam was super helpful. Everyone there was super friendly. Great customer service all around!

The people that work there are nice and were helpful in finding me a pair of glasses as the eye dr I use doesn’t have the best selection of glasses. The problem I have is with them looking up your insurance and telling you to pay one price there and getting a bill for hundreds of dollars more in the mail. I would have never spent that much on glasses had I known what they are charging me. Looks very much to me like a bait and switch with their pricing/billing. I specifically asked if everything was covered by my insurance and they said yes that my total owed that day was it. To get a bill later on is disappointing, to say the least. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with a family of 5 in glasses at their stores over the years. Never again!

Dr. Lee at MyEyeDr South Riding was great—super kind and thorough. The staff were all really friendly, the office was very clean, and I actually found frames that fit my small head (which is usually so hard!). Highly recommend!
