Great experience buying my Tesla!

Stay away from this dealer if you want your money, I bought a vehicle from the dealer with gap Insurance. I paid $1100 for gap insurance. after I sold out the vehicle, The insurance company told me they didn’t active the Insurance and after I came to dealer to get back my gap insurance money, they told I didn’t pay for Insurance so stay away from this scammer dealer

The place is the real deal, finally. I was treated really well by all team members - David, David, Diane and Jose. It was a low pressure environment, the cars are exactly what I had seen online. We went to buy a Tesla car from this dealer. Their customer service is phenomenal. The young guy works in front desk is extremely well behaved. Also, they are very honest. We asked at least hundreds of questions and he answered all of them with patience. Definitely worthy of you want to buy used Tesla car.

Very professional and great dealership no hassle pricing and I like the fact there dealership has $995.00 dealers fee vs across the street premier auto has $1499.00 dealers fee plus lots of other fees which they cannot explain lol 😂

Drove from Indiana to see a Tesla at the lot across the street. It was a bait and switch. Walked across the road to Zoom Auto and had THE BEST experience buying a car! Hubby is a past car salesman so we know what good business ethics looks like. Once we picked the car, they made all the necessary modifications we asked AND had us out the door and on the way home within an hour. No games, no bs. Just pure professionalism. If I was buying another car, I absolutely would drive this far again to work with them. Best decision ever to leave the first lot and check them out!

Bought a 22 Tesla Model 3 performance from this dealer. They were straight forward and honest. David took the time to go over all the features and make me comfortable with my car. This was my first Tesla so it was a big learning curve. Would recommend them to any friend or family member.
