“Pumps didn't work. Door was locked although the employee was inside. He ignored me and my daughter waiting patiently to use the restroom. Then he gave my husband the finger when he tried to ask if the pumps would work soon.”
“I love coming to this location. The facility is clean, there is ample parking for getting gas or going inside and the staff is friendly. Mighty is the best! He is always smiling and has great customer service skills. And of course, placing a MTO is a bonus- the food is always good! Thanks to all the staff here. You guys rock!”

“Would of gave a five star if had showers or Landry or both but didn't shouldn't call yourself a truck stop when u don't have them a rest area or rest truck stop yes but not a truck stop but besides that a very nice and quite and respectful and restful area to sleep and me and husband truck drivers and bathroom s need work they very dirty wouldn't use them at all used restrooms up the road clean them better”

“This is the ONLY 711 in CPep. The day shift ladies are the best. It is ALWAYS clean. The coffee station, bathroom and floors...always clean. The best thing is the wonderful ladies who work there. They are super helpful. They get to know you by name and always say hello in a cheerful way. Even when you can tell they are busy or frustrated, they hold their composure and do their job. Always with a smile. My SO and I find ourselves enjoying seeing them. We will go out of our way to go to this 711. Most others have nasty drink stations and bathrooms. They are redoing the gas pumps but don't let that keep you from going to the CLEANEST, NICEST, 711 with the most authentic ppl who won't take their frustrations out on you. They will go out of their way to help in my experience. I don't want to leave out the 2 gentleman that often work day shift. They are awesome dudes too. I've worked at 711. It can be a daunting task. A harder job than ppl think. These ppl work hard and it really shows. The hard work has not gone unnoticed. I appreciate the extra attention to detail and ppl.”
“Every time I stop at this Gas Station I am greeted by the most friendliest gentlemen ever, named Art. He is always there and always staying busy. If he's not behind the counter, he's cleaning. To be completely honest with you, when I am in that area that is the only place I will stop at. I have never had one issue with anything or anyone there. I prefer this Gas Station than Royal Farms and mostly because of Art! I will go out of my way to stop there, instead of anywhere else and it's all because of Art. He is just a very friendly, welcoming, communicative person.”

“Almost ran out of gas! Fortunately this Shell station was close by! Pulled in, paid at the pump. Had to pay with a physical credit card as the NFC reader on the pump was out of order - preventing the use of Apple Pay. #Shell”
“I work hard for my puny little money so I’m a cheapskate and I watch the prices. A couple complaints are about receipts. No Venmo accepted at pump must go inside. Printed receipts most of the time you’re called inside where you wait 1 to 15 minutes. People waiting in line usually nice. Staff friendly because they recognize me.”

“I’m a truck driver and have stopped a lot of places and I’d have to say this place is the cleanest, most convenient place for a truck driver just to stop in briefly, or to even park overnight!! Store closes at 2100 but even when it’s open it’s the quietest place and cleanest place to stop! And everyone that works at the store and the Subway are really polite and friendly! I will definitely be visiting again! A nice hassle free place for a tired trucker to rest!!!”
