had my vehicle serviced here after it was broken into and the airbag was stolen they kept me up to date through the whole process and finished exactly when they said they would. great service great team over there and quality work they replaced with all oem parts too

Krum and team went above and beyond my expectations. I was referred here by my insurance company to get my rear bumper fixed. We found out there were prior damages underneath, so the situation was a bit more complicated. Krum was very patient and thorough walking me through all the options, addressed all my concerns, gave frequent updates, and worked after hours to complete the repair. Thank you & highly recommend!

Excellent Service – Highly Recommend!
My wife and I had just boarded a cruise ship and were about to embark on the journey to the Bahamas when we got a call that someone had crashed into our parked car back at home. After our initial call to the insurance company to start the claim, we immediately thought about Capital Auto Shop to help us with our auto body repairs. We had heard many good things about them and so we made the call. They really went above and beyond to help my wife and I during this stressful situation. From the moment we reached out, they handled everything for us. They worked directly with the insurance company, coordinated with the rental car company, and even arranged the payment to the tow truck service, making the whole process hassle-free. What really stood out was their constant communication. They kept us updated every step of the way, from when parts were expected to arrive to the progress on the repairs. Their professionalism and dedication turned a challenging experience into one that was smooth and stress-free. We are incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend Capital Auto Shop to anyone in need of collision repair. This shop ROCKS! Factually, the best experience I've ever had in the context of ANY repair scenario. Krum and Will were extraordinary. Unmatched customer service, subject matter expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism. I'll never go/recommend anywhere else as long as I am in the DMV. Car looks brand SPANKING new. Love these guys!!!!!!

Absolutely thrilled with their work and service! A big shoutout to Krum and Will. They went above and beyond to ensure that the final repair met their (and my) expectations, even if it required a few re-do's. While it did take a couple more weeks than initially expected, it wasn't an issue for me since I had a rental car with insurance. As other reviewer mentioned, the car's overall condition looked even cleaner than I originally dropped :) Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with genuinely nice people who take pride in their work. They're trustworthy, and I'll definitely be returning.

This shop provided a true old-style customer service. They treated me like a customer that they want to come back. The service they provided to my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-class was outstanding. I recently went to this shop to make two repairs for my Toyota Highlander, the front and back bumper and the trunk gate. They did an excellent job on the repairs and the car looks brand new. I worked with Will and the customer service was excellent. The rates are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this body shop.

GEICO recommended them to me. I was very happy with the well-managed repair process. Communication with me was perfect, the repair was done as they initially described, and they worked well with GEICO. Car looks perfect, and was probabnly cleaner than I normally keep it when I picked it up. Everything went above my expectations.
