Mr. Luis and Marlon were very helpful as soon as I walked in. Went in for a check deposit and ended up having my entire banking history reviewed. I felt like they cared about my relationship. My wait time was longer than expected but I could tell there were new employees.

The bank officer Luise helped me with my business account. The experience was pleasant and the staff was very friendly. The manager offered me water while I was waiting to see my banker.

I have been told if I open a checking account they will give me $300 ، I also got the code still didn’t get it , I also opened cd and planing to put more money on it after 3 months, but no thank you , I might even move my direct deposit soon . Very disappointed 😔 the only good thing about chase was Mr Tony I will give him 5 start and give the bank zero start .

I went into the branch to send a wire. All the staff and the manager were friendly, helpful and conversational. The most pleasant banking experience I have had in a long time.

Today is April 26-2024, at 5:15 PM. I visited this branch, and the staff was coming towards the door to lock the door. I was also coming towards the doors to make a deposit. She said no, they were closed. I said I just needed to use the ATM. Her colleague said that’s fine. As she went into the branch, she told her colleague that my breath stinks, which I know stinks because I have a yeast infection called Candida, which causes a foul smell on my tongue. I wanted to tell her that I know that my breath stinks. Thank you for the compliment. Yes, it’s a compliment for me because she told her colleague to embarrass me. I could not tell her off because she was inside the branch. I could not go in to say to her that she’s FAT, too, but you do not see me talking about my body shaming her too embarrassed. Oh yes, she will get her feels if I say that she is FAT. I want to go there tomorrow Saturday to tell her off but she ain’t worth it.

Upon my today’s visit to Chase Bank this is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had in the banking industry in Virginia.The competition and marketing acquisition in banking and financial institutes are challenging, however the level of customer service and willingness to help make a significant difference to people to select their bank. The ones who make the difference in the banking industry are the people (employees).Naila Ibrahim is very well respectful, professional and has deep knowledge in complex financial situations , has a warm heart and really understand customer’s needs and explain it in a highly organized and well-structured approach which make it easy for us to understand , analysis and take the right decision.This branch is located in the top-notch area of Mosaic , parking is available in the street, or you can park your car inside target garage, it’s a free parking.Great location, great people at this branch.
