Had to go on here to leave a reciew. Shawn or sean (not sure how he spells it) was super nice to me and very fair. I brought in some 18kt gold bracelets and some gold coins/ Morgan dollars. We did a fair trade for a beautiful $10 Indian head and I got back extra cash. I’ll certainly be coming back

This is a fantastic spot, especially if you have an interest in jewelry, coins, silver, and gold. The bargain table is always stocked and a delight to explore! Shawn, the knowledgeable store manager, is incredibly helpful and ready to assist with any questions you might have.

What a great experience. I am a first time customer, and I was blown away about how they helped me, appraised what I brought them, and how they handled my transaction. They are truly professional and they have an amazing inventory. I can not wait to return to their shop. This is a gem.

I've been going to Penny Pincher Coins for about 10 years. Great staff. Honest about what they sell and buy. The inventory is constantly changing and the prices are very fair. If you are looking for a coin shop in Northern VA, I highly recommend this store.

As a customer, I have been coming and patronizing Penny Pincher Coins store a number of times, and I cannot praise this business enough. The kindness and courtesy given to me every time was nothing short of outstanding. Sean and Mr. Shea who manage the store have a large inventory of various collectables besides coins. I have had to sell several numismatic items and have always been given a very fair price. Before I visited Penny Pincher Coins I had tried other coin stores throughout Northern Virginia and was disappointed with not only their buying/selling prices, their customer service was terrible.
I am grateful to Pincher Coins for restoring my confidence in this business. It is my first place and only place to come to for any numismatic and collectable items.

I love this store, great selection and great prices. They have something for everyone and you’ll be amazed at some of the things they have that you didn’t know you needed, but do. The guy who works there, Shawn, is a cool dude, knows his stuff and is as honest as they come. Highly recommend this place, it’s my fav coin and currency store by far!
