Please don’t even waste your money or time coming here. Came to get my nails done and in a weeks time the acrylic was coming off. Mrs. Kim did not listen to what I requested she just did my nails the way she wanted to. She couldn’t do the design I asked for the shape was oval and I asked for square. The customer service was horrible. The nails were not the color I asked for and we kept going back and forth and she kept saying no to what I was requesting which was not hard I will not be coming back here I wish I could give Zero stars

When I walked in I wanted a specific shape which was square I wanted a natural look and a design. Mrs.Kim did not give me anything I wanted when I asked for square she gave me a duck nails look when I wanted a pink natural color I wanted her to had 2 coats of it she said NO she could not do the design I wanted so I said it’s ok just don’t even do it because U CANT she tried to do it anyway when I SAID NOOO I will never be coming here again thanks to MRS.KIM because she can not do nails now my nails look like a duck quack quack.

I’ve been going to Pro Nails 3 for well over 10 years for regular manis and gel manis, pedicures, eyebrow shaping, and facial waxing. I most often have services done by Phuong, based on a long-standing client relationship, but I’ve also had services done by Holly, Kim, and others over the years. All of them have provided excellent results. The nail salon is immaculate and comfortable and it’s always a very relaxing experience to go there. There are other nail salons around the area that are crowded, noisy, and have a strong smell of polish remover which is sickening to me after a short time. Pro Nails is a peaceful oasis with some very experienced and excellent manicurists. I feel fortunate to have a place I can trust and rely on that’s also fairly priced and affordable.

Yesterday afternoon June 7, 2025. I brought my 92 year old mom in for a manicure and pedicure combination. Ms. Kim did a wonderful job on my mom’s manicure and pedicure. She is so kind, patient and did a beautiful job. Thank you Ms Kim for your excellent service. Great job

Had TERRIBLE experience. Went for Pedicure & Manucure. Showed them the nail color & design that I wanted once I was there. First, they let me sit at Pedicure chair, then they moved to do Manicure without doing Pedicure. They kept changing people to do my nails as like NO one knew what to do & then kept messing up with wrong color. They couldn't find a simple dark silver color that I showed. Left without doing Pedicure & Nails. The manager even charged the full $ and had horrible service. Waisted my 2 hours for NOTHING .. NEVER going back there & will never recommend anyone to go there either.

Kim was my nail tech, she did my nails and did a phenomenal job. The reason for the mid rating because of the price. It was 34 for the fill in and then an additional 19 because I have gel nails , that's 53 for a fill in , that is absolutely ludicrous. Then I was charged 15 for a few lines. I paid for a full set for just a fill in. I just don't think it should've been that much. I really liked Kim but due to pricing , I will never come back. Which is a shame because they're walking distance from my home.

I've been coming here for years to get my nails done, and I am pleased with the service. The technicians are really nice, and happy to offer recommendations, such as offering $7 callus remover if they feel like you need it, or suggesting using gel nails to help dry the polish faster. They take their work very seriously and, before you go, check the nail polish to make sure it is dry. I haven't gotten waxing here, so I can't speak on that aspect, but I am pleased with the service here for manicures and pedicures. I do have acne trouble, so I do wish they did skincare. Also, last time, I felt like the callus remover did not help much with removing the callus as my feet felt even more dry, but that hasn't happened often.Overall, I highly recommend.
