There’s absolutely no sense of customer service here. I’ve walked in twice now — once with my boyfriend and again today with my little sister (her first time), and not once have we been acknowledged.
The sales associate on the floor had a nasty attitude and looked completely uninterested in doing her job. If she’s that miserable, maybe retail isn’t for her.
The clothes are cute and I have had thoughts of purchasing some dresses — but there’s no reason for me to spend money somewhere I’m clearly not welcome. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Plenty of other retail stores in Mosaic!

I’ve had one good experience at this location and it was with a male salesperson. It seems like the other employees do not want to be there and do not care about being polite and acknowledging people’s presence. I’ve worked in sales and this is not the way to run a business which should be driven in customer service.

I am very disappointed and shocked how the staff in this location have no manners & i felt highly discouraged to come back. No one greets you here & when I checked out, I did not get a thank you. I don't think they favor people of color here, which is what I felt when I walked in. They gladly helped out a white girl & they were friendly to her. The girl checking me out was just mean mugging & coping am attitude. Not coming back.

I am unsure of the woman’s name but there is one specific employee who is consistently judgmental, unhelpful, and rude every time I shop at South Moon. I love the clothes at this store and the chain in general however this employee prevents me from wanting to shop at the mosaic location. She feels the need to be hateful to every customer.

Unbelievably bad customer service - I was extremely taken aback by the employees' rude and unfriendly demeanor. Not sure why this store needs ~6 employees on shift at once (including one who appeared to be the manager) who do nothing but talk amongst themselves at the register, and give nasty looks and attitude to customers who ask for help. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being a paying customer. Will definitely not shop here again.

It was a horrible experience. I guess if you don't like people you shouldn't work on these places. sometimes when Customer Services is great you don't care about prices, but when somebody is so disrespectful plus you have to pay overprice products is really disappointing. I've been in diefernt locations and always the experience was good yet, this place in Mosaic it is terrible. I know Mosaic is fun but run away of this store, GO TO BLOOMIE'S. THE PRICES ARE SIMILAR, BUT THE EXPERIENCE IS AMAZING. YOU CAN REALLY FEEL VERY WELCOME, PRODUCTS ARE AMAZING, AND YOU CAN GO EVEN WITH YOUR DOG, and you will avoid to see nasty faces and rude attitude.

I live here so I shop here frequently and I’ve NEVER had a positive experience. Every single person who works there acts like they hate their job. Literally the rudest people.

My sister sent her husband here for one item and the owner treated him with extreme disrespect. The lady seemed helpful at first, but seemed to lose her patience after few minutes. Stay far away from this place.

Purchased 2 dresses and a pair of earrings. Customer service was great. Renee was very helpful while I tried on a dress. One of the dreses was shipped to me at no cost so I could get the correct size. I was surprised when the item was shipped and delivered to me the very next day. Faster than Amazon sometimes! haha!
