Horrible and rude bunch of staff. Arsh the assistant store manager is rude and then to top it off because I complained he closed my debit card without no reason. Incompetent and rude. What a wow horrible experience. I have contacted corporate and I am waiting to hear back

We’ve been customers here for years. A new teller that worked on Saturday, 1/17/25, during 11:30 AM was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. She had no idea what she was doing and her response was to berate her client. The sheer audacity of that woman. She is unfit to be working in customer service and will be the ruin of your bank’s integrity.
Adding insult to injury— I spent one hour attempting to contact your bank AND corporate office. No response. Do better.

Excellent customer service, they really go above and beyond for their customers. Especially would like to acknowledge the branch manager, Ray Naisan for helping me out with a notarization request for TreasuryDirect when other banks (like Chase) lacked the knowledge and enthusiasm to help.

TD Bank is always focused on a good customer experience. They try to get to 'yes'. Sometimes, you have to wait. But the chairs are comfortable.
