Any cards I receive in the mail are always ripped open with gift cards or the card itself taken out. This has been an issue for years
The post master apparently doesn’t care because my reports go unresponded to. I usually like supporting public workers but I refuse to send anything through USPS if they can’t stop their staff from blatantly stealing

Mail not delivered in over 10 business days upon contacting office was told I could pick my mail up arrived the next day just to be told my carrier has delivered my mail come home still no mail my point of contact was the branch supervisor which as of now still has given me no answer.. and since I have tried reporting them to a higher authority they now just pick up the phone and hang up... PLEASE RELIEVE THIS ENTIRE STAFF IMMEDIATELY

I have a packages supposed to be here Oct.25th. I received a text and they told me it's in front the house around 3:05pm but all if a sudden there is no packages. You cant trust USPS very disappointing.

They lost my package and said it never got to them. I went to this office to show them proof that the package was sent there. Mind I say I spoke with a supervisor at the main post office and he gave me the address there . I asked them to please make sure that they hadn't misplaced somewhere in the facility and the supervisor that works there on Satureday was very rude he started yelling at me and told me to leave that the package would get to me when it got to me. I cannot believe my tax dollars are going to employees who treat their customers horribly. let me add the facility was empty and the supervisor was sitting there on his computer doing nothing just eating.
