Adam is VERY helpful! I am a straight girl so I do not know much about cars but Adam helped me in the least condescending way possible! He needs a raise - whoever in charge must know how valuable he is. If they do not they are a fool. 5 stars because of Adam otherwise it would be much lower.

So there's this person named Byron behind the counter I sometimes run into. I assume he works there, but you wouldn't know it by his bizarre demeanor. He evidently needs psychological counseling. Abrasive, confused, and borderline psychopathic. If you see Byron please approach him with the gentle understanding that he is not well.-A concerned friend

All the people I've ever spoken to here have a ton of helpful information right off the tops of their heads. If they don't know something, they look it up. I'm confident that they provide the best information that they can, and they never make me feel stupid for not knowing as much as them.Four stars for the location because it seems like there's only ever one person working at a time. The one person is always knowledgeable and helpful, but one person is only one person, and the amount of time for service is a crapshoot depending on the number of other customers needing help.

I went to buy a new battery and Walter was very dismissive and clearly annoyed at everything. As their sign says they offer to install the new batteries free of charge, but Walter could not be bothered to do so. When i asked why would he not install the battery he said that he was "alone in the store"... on of the representatives was sitting in the back on his phone while all this was happening. I am not coming back to this store thanks to Walter and his friend that could not be bothered.

Bad customer service. I went last Sunday looking for a windshield around 6 pm and guy on the counter asked what side was broken -right side- he said they just had the left side available but they were expecting a delivery on Tuesday. I went today (again on Sunday) 11’oclock and the guy said that there wasn’t a right or left windshield, I didn’t know because is my first time replacing them. Anyway, when I choose the part, the guy said that I can install myself even though they have the publicity on the door ‘Free windshield installation' I asked him to help but he said he was by himself, I saw someone else in the back, I asked what the other guy was going and he was like who? ----The one in the back---- he is refilling the products. He wasn't by himself at the end. Very unprofessional .People don’t waste your time going to this store ‘At least on a Sunday’. Employees if you don’t want to work on a Sunday just tell your supervisor, they may be able to figure something out.

Not much of a selection of wipers fir our CRV. Employee was monotone, uncaring and would not install wipers because his other employee was on a break and he wouldn't leave the store empty for 2 minutes to install. Yet we had called 10 minutes prior and he told us he would install. Overall bad attitude. Owber should know his employee is a turnoff

On June 5th, 2019 I got a battery for my car from Advance Auto Parts, Merrifield, Virginia8111 Lee Hwy., Falls Church, VA 22042, with two-years warranty. It broke down today, March 5, 202, I went to the same location that I purchased the battery to check it, but the technician "Walter" said that He couldn’t come and check my battery because of the Corona virus. I was surprised but didn’t say anything.I went to another Location of Advance Auto in 7253 Arlington BlvdFalls Church, VA 22042.A very polite man named "Dan" came out of the shop. He was very friendly with a respectful manner. He tested the battery and said it should be replaced and installed a new battery on my car for free. Mr. Dan is great, he is really a gentleman, While Mr. Dan was installing the battery, a very nice and polite lady came out of their shop and asked me the story and tried to comfort me and apologized.Thank you so much

I been to this location several times and each time the staff didn’t help me. Even when I have call they don’t know their store policies. I wasn’t able to get help there. I ended up just going somewhere else.

Byron exhibited the utmost in customer service. He delivered parts to my mechanic when the part I needed wasn't in the store. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I'm thankful for his willingness to do what needed to be done. Thanks Byron and Advance Auto Parts!
