Beware! The salesmen are scummy and will try to scam you. The tv we wanted wasn’t in stock, but rather than risk losing a sale, the clerk rang up the wrong tv. Customer Service has hung up on us 3 times trying to resolve this. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had

Horrible customer service. Best buy sold an open box TV with no remote and no wires. And this store won't take it back despite the website saying I could return it at any store. Stay away.

I’ve been to this location a few times and I always walk away feeling that the staff are very unhelpful. Either they don’t have an answer to a question I have about a product (and don’t attempt to get one), or they’ll push me off and say I (the customer, not them the employee) can find someone else in a blue shirt to help me. Customer service is key in running a good business. I’ll always take my business to another Best Buy location.

I bought my gaming monitor at this location and received excellent service. The staff were always eager to help and technically knowledgeable. There was a wide variety of monitors to test, view, interact with, and touch, something I rarely found in other Best Buy locations, which typically had only 3 or 4 monitors on display. Here, there were at least 20 or more. I highly recommend a visit!

Clean. No one offered me any help so I had to find stuff myself. Not a big deal but seems like no associates work there anymore. The friendly cashier waa nice & told me she was 17. Good for her!

Do not buy appliances here if you want them installed by people who know what they are doing.
After purchasing a fridge from a helpful sales associate, I scheduled delivery and haul away while my wife was home and I was at work. To say the delivery team was incompetent would be an understatement. I get a frantic call from my wife saying they couldn't install the fridge because they couldn't figure out how to turn off the water line. I talked my wife through it, and she turned off the correct valve running to the fridge, and the delivery team claimed it was still on. They said they couldn't wait, and went to their next delivery, but assured us we just needed to call Best Buy and they would come back. I left work to go see what the issue was. I turned the valve off, then ran the water on the fridge for a few seconds to clear the line, and the water was indeed off. Its unfathomable to me that the delivery people, who's job involves installing appliances, didn't consider this as a troubleshooting option, considering I came home and figured it out within 2 minutes. I am by no means a mechanic, I would barely consider myself handy, I just have the basic problem solving skills of an adult.
I called Best Buy to have the delivery guys come back out and both install the new fridge and have my old fridge hauled away like I paid them to do, only to be told they were "too far away now, we'd have to reschedule." Mind you, this was an hour after my wife had been told they could come back today. Now, I have to wait 2 days for them to come back, and I have a giant fridge in my living room for the weekend. This is an unacceptable level of service and I will not be using Best Buy to buy any appliance ever again.
