I would like to thank Jamal and Marcello from Bill Page Toyota for their excellent customer service and professionalism when I bought a pre-owned vehicle from the dealership in Sep 2023, they are very friendly, flexible and professional during negotiation, the paperwork went quite smoothly, to make it better, they offered warranty, 1-year free service and state safety inspection for life. The car had a minor paint issue in the back lift door (not unusually for a used car), not only did they fix the paint at the spot, but they also repainted the entire door, it looked like new after this repair, it is far beyond my best expectation. Once again, I would highly recommend Jamal and Marcello for their outstanding customer care and 5-star service.

I just purchased a 2022 Toyota XSE from Matthew. When I tell you his service was phenomenal, that would be the exact truth. Matt conversed with me through email everyday until I was able to get to the dealership, considering I lived an hour away. He was always answering whatever questions I had and not a day went by that he didn’t check to make sure I had all my questions answered. He was a pleasure to deal with and I hope others will have the opportunity to experience this service from Matt. Diego was the sales manager that helped finalize the deal and he was also a pleasure to work with.I would also like to give a big KUDOS to the finance guy, Yaw. Tried calling to schedule a simple oil change and had a few other questions about service. I was greeted by a young female on the phone, but was very rude the whole time while I was trying to make an appointment. It was just her tone & attitude. I felt rushed and unwelcome so I just hung up. Felt like she doesn’t want me to come in and to take my business elsewhere… it use to be a different person behind the phone and they were VERY polite and made me felt welcome. Whoever it was bring them back!

Jose Aparicio, our main salesman, was very professional and courteous and had a nice sense of humor that helped quite a bit with what is normally a very stressful experience. We didn't feel pressured or forced into anything, and there were no fees he didn't explain at length. Anytime we had worries, he assured us, both of us. The place was clean, the staff were quite pleasant, the entire process didn't take more than a few hours, and on-site facilities were satisfactory. We're very happy with our purchase and will make sure to come again to this specific dealer in the future if we have the need. Thank you!

I recently visited Bill Page Toyota in search of a new vehicle and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I specifically asked the sales team about lease options, as I was interested in exploring that avenue for my purchase. However, to my disappointment, they only seemed interested in pushing finance options on me.Not only did the sales staff fail to provide me with the information I requested, but their overall attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt as though they were more concerned with making a quick sale rather than genuinely assisting me in finding the best option for my needs.I found this lack of transparency and unwillingness to accommodate my preferences extremely frustrating. As a customer, I believe it is my right to explore all available options, including lease agreements. However, Bill Page Toyota seemed determined to steer me towards financing, without even considering my initial request.Furthermore, their sales tactics felt pushy and manipulative. It seemed as though they were more interested in closing a deal than ensuring customer satisfaction. This kind of behavior only reinforces the negative stereotype associated with car dealerships.I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Bill Page Toyota. If you are looking for lease options or a dealership that genuinely values your preferences, I would recommend exploring other options in the area. The lack of transparency and shady sales practices at Bill Page Toyota left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience.

Found a used car through website and thought it was a good price for that car. However, there were bunch of scratches on it. Salesman stated before we brought the car they would fix those scratches and that they would call us to schedule an appointment, they hassled us to sign and leave with the car. We leave and it’s been a few days and we realize that they weren’t gonna call us. We noticed that they gave us the wrong temp tags and registration were another persons. We had been driving for a while and could’ve been sent to jail for driving with that!

I came in for 2001 Toyota Echo. Even though it was a 22 years old car, everything still work and the price was fair for the vehicle. Mr. Kwang Kim was very helpful to us from start to finish. I didn't have to wait long hours to get my car. Overall, it was a great experience to bought a car at this dealership.

I want to preface that a 4 star review from me is solid. I reserve 5 stars when I'm tickled pink. This is a solid dealership. The positives are the folks are kind and easy to deal with. I recently purchased a 2017 Camaro SS and had a good experience.The sales people aren't pushy, they have a nice customer lounge and the finance process was nice and easy. Overall this is a solid dealership to purchase a vehicle.I'm very happy with my Camaro despite that I had to take it back to get a spark plug replaced, they honored the dealership warranty w/o any hassle. Why didn't I give 5 stars? I wasn't blown away. The single key fob they gave me was very worn, some of the buttons were hard to make out. When I asked about a replacement they stated that they weren't a Chevrolet dealership so they couldn't replace it [of course they could].

I purchased a 2022 Tundra truck in July 2022 from Bill Page Toyota in Falls Church, VA at a cost of over $68,000. It came with a dealer-installed hard tonneau cover (folding cover that provides secure storage in the truck bed). Toyota and the NHTSA on 3 Mar 2023 issued a safety recall stating that the tonneau cover could detach while driving and fly off, hitting a vehicle traveling behind. I took my Tundra to Bill Page Toyota, which sold me the truck, and on 11 Apr 2023 they removed the tonneau cover as directed by the recall. I was told to wait for a remedy to be issued. I patiently waited, and called and visited Bill Page service department (walk-in) for status updates since no one had contacted me. I was told to wait for notification of a remedy to the recall. In June I called the Toyota headquarters "Customer Service Advocates" seeking help, and I suggested that if Toyota didn't have a recall "fix" for the tonneau cover that was removed and stored, that they should install a replacement cover refund me the amount I paid for that accessory. Toyota Motors corporate office said that there was nothing they could do, and I should contact the dealership. I called Bill Page Toyota to ask for a replacement cover or a refund, and they told me that they were unable to do that and I should call Toyota corporate office or wait for the remedy to the recall. So again I waited until today, 2 Aug 2023 when I called Toyota corporate and was transferred to three different Service Advocates before telling me that I should contact Bill Page Toyota for a replacement or refund. I purchased the Tundra to haul valuable tools and equipment in the truck bed, which I can no longer do. It's been FIVE months since the recall. Come on people--it's a tonneau cover. It should be possible to eliminate the possibility of the tonneau cover flying off in traffic with a modification to install clamps, clips, or bolts. I've happily owned various Toyota cars and trucks continuously since 1998. The level of service by Toyota Motors and Bill Page Toyota dealership to resolve this simple recall issue has been totally unacceptable, as has their lack of communications with me, the customer.
