This pharmacy is TRASH. The pharmacist is unethical, lacks customer service and their excuse is we are really busy. Had a prescription filled and they stated that the doctor sent the wrong information. In the past I’ve had pharmacist reach out to me stating the concern and an appropriate follow up. This pharmacist decides to tell me they get really busy. I do not recommend having any prescriptions filled under Sunjin Kim and whoever her pharmacy tech is with the blonde hair. Then when i had them look in my profile for the same prescription they stated I’ve never had it filled. As if i don’t know my prescriptions. I canceled my prescription and CVS will never see me again.

Overall the CVS Pharmacies are run like a 3rd world country. I went to 3 of them today to get a Covid 19 booster with an appointment. First one had a broken freezer. 2nd, system down no Moderna avail. This 3rd one at target on Leesburg pike had a huge absconding attitude about not taking walk-ins even after I told them what happened. Their disgruntled staff don’t care and have a huge attitude. Never going to this or any CVS again for any vaccine or medicines. What a dump.

Repeatedly bad service. The pharmacy rep sees you in one of the customer windows and initiates a conversation from the back of the pharmacy. With masks it is hard to understand a conversation being at a distance of several yards. Whatever I, the customer, need, the rep is going to have to come to the front counter to deal with it. But, repeatedly, they refuse. I have changed my preferred pharmacy to Harris Teeter, where the service is much more responsive.

"Va.Code Ann. § 54.1-3420.1": Excellent staff, I get my medications for my daughter (US Citizen 15 years old, she is a minor either myself or my wife can pick her medications up) from that location. But since a worker named "Mariam Sabonji" started taking care of filling up my daughter's prescription as requested, she asked to bring a valid up to date an ID such as a passport (A Federal ID to identify myself, Va.Code Ann. § 54.1-3420.1), I am Argentinian with a current valid passport showing my picture, date of birth, height etc. residency at Arlington, she refuses to use it to proof my identity, my picture, my date of birth, my nationality.....I never felt more discriminated in any place else where I have shown my NON expired Passport, I am told to show a current federal identification and by denying it her actions put me in a position of having to explain to her my immigration status and in other words, she was willing to fill up my daughter's medication if I was a US citizen or Canadian since she required a US Passport or Canadian Passport exclusively, the emotional stress she has put me for getting my daughter's medication cannot be measured in words, I pay insurance out of my pocket so my daughter and myself can be covered, and what Mariam Sabonji did, is took my self esteem and my nationality and made feel like an invisible human, as a father and as someone that it's identity is denied in such discriminatory way. If you are a foreigner bringing a current and valid passport, if Maria Sabonji is the person that fills up your medication, be ready to get a doze of discrimination.I am being treated by my doctor for social anxiety, she actually triggered my symptoms to the point that my heartbeat starts racing and I start getting sweat hands and tremors just by entering Target to get any groceries, all the progress I have made with my doctor, she took it and sent me a year of therapy back to where I started my treatment of feeling discriminated. No one answers the phone here. I was in hold on two different phones for 2 hours and 37 minutes this morning, before I had to hang up to board a plane. They called me about an RX and asked for me to return the call. But, you cannot do so if no one bothers to pick up on the other end. I called the Target store to see what could possibly be done about the abominable customer service, and they hung up on me. Twice. So I will promptly be moving my prescription, and I suggest anyone contemplating this store do the same.

I like how they have an automated voice to update you about your prescriptions to see if they are ready because when I initially called about my prescriptions a worker transferred me to CUSTOMER SERVICE .... Why would you do that ?? I needed the pharmacy!!
