I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Wendy Smith purchasing a Jeep Compass for my daughter. Wendy was an absolute pleasure to work with. I bought the car site unseen and when I picked the Compass up, it was better than promised. Wendy ensured is was spotless, cleaned inside and out and she answered all of my questions. After a noticing a minor issue on the drive out, Wendy and the General Manager Pete took care of it without question. Quality customer service is very important to them and they do it well. I had pretty relaxing experience. The sales lady Wendy Smith first talked me into buying a volvo instead of Tesla. She also made the transaction from A to Z extremely smooth and pleasant. I thank her for being patient and polite. So impressed with her work athics. I am also extremely pleased with the Falls church service department, they are really very helpful and professional.

I'm very thankful and I was truly impressed with the great quality of service that I have received here at Beyer Volvo Cars in Falls Church. Ryan Flumer from the service department went above and beyond and truly deserves to receive recognition for his professional work and customer care. For someone that just moved to the state and that is not familiar with the safety inspection, emission test requirement and due to all the expenses of moving is on a budget. Ryan provided me the guidance and the peace of mind of knowing that I would be taking care off. I was able to get my vehicle serviced and got all that is required by the state including the installation of the front bumper license plate bracket that Ryan was kind to help in getting that accomplished. Nevertheless, very thankful that the cost ended up within my means and the process was worry free. The level of care it's what makes a big difference and the atmosphere of everyone that works there is amazing, they are very friendly. Even, it was pleasing to hear that the cashier had a great experience as a customer that made her want to work for them. Once again I want to thank Ryan for all that he has done for me and everyone at Beyer Volvo for the wonderful customer care that they provide. It does make a positive impact and a great experience!

I had the absolute pleasure of getting Wendy Smith as my sales associate and wanted to pass along what an excellent job she did. It was because of her alone that I chose to purchase a vehicle today, above my planned budget.It was my only day off work this week, and I spent the entire morning calling other dealerships and dealing with rude associates trying to find the right deal. Then I spoke with Wendy who was friendly, patient, and very catering to my main priorities of mileage and price.I only planned on spending $27,000 today and was firm that I wouldn’t budge after dealing with so many other rude dealerships, but after speaking with Wendy who accommodated me so well, paying a bit more seemed well worth the money.Wendy was also so considerate of today being my only day off work and ensured the process went as quick as possible. I just really appreciate the way I was treated.It’s rare that you encounter such good customer service, and I felt I had to pass along how happy I was with Wendy’s help and how satisfied I am with my experience today.Great dealership and I would highly recommend.

Deceptive practices , non responsive management. Take your money elsewhere.Absolute horror show with these guys. Living in TX I purchase sight unseen and had the vehicle shipped. The sales person was to be my eyes and ears and assured me the vehicle paint was flawless. It was not . It took 4 months to get my tags. All I got was lies from the dealership until I got the VA DMV involved then things started moving. Nobody should have to get a governmental agency involved to get what they paid for. Next they flat out lied to me about the warranty they sold me. I asked for a CPO extension and they sold me some in-house nonsense that I did not ask for. It has been 7 months of back and forth to get this resolved. I finally got my money back and got the CPO from another reputable Volvo dealership. Oh and the manager Pete Kesterson should be fired. Absolutely refused to call me back after leaving him 5 messages explicitly asking for a call back and for help. He did reply to my email with LIES! Do not give these guys your business. They think they can do whatever they want particularly when the customer is out of state. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your dollar then sign you up for god knows what. The only people who actually helped me were Tamar who helped resolve my tag issue and Angy who got my funds back for the fake "CPO" warranty I was sold. Thank you ladies! Go work for a reputable dealership and don't be associated with the guys here who absolutely just lie to your face. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

DECPETIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! My daughter was so excited to buy her first car, but we were intentionally and completely deceived into believing this car had FAR fewer issues than it does. The salesperson offered us the invoice from their mechanic, assuring us that the car only had those issues and was "a really good deal", but we now have a car my 17-year-old daughter worked her but off to afford and we paid $5600 for that needs over $6,000.00 in work. She lost her job because she didn't have a car and now she has no car and no job. We tried to sell it but because we were honest about its issues (because, you know, integrity) we were unable to. I reached out to the dealership to see if they would make it right, but they essentially just shamed me for trusting them and buying it from them. Lesson learned, and for you too! I get that some car dealerships are shady and this happens but it is a shame and embarrassment that this multi-million-dollar car dealership with multiple locations would take advantage of community members this way. My 2021 XC60 was badly damaged in an accident, and Caliber Collision in Burke needed to have the engine removed and reinstalled by Don Beyer. What was supposed to be a one week job turned into three weeks. Beyond the unacceptable delay, the worst part was the lack of clear communication about the issue. No one ever really knew why the work was taking longer than quoted, and in the 21st century it's not okay for businesses to have a lack of communication with customers.

I recently bought a used car from Beyer Volvo and I have honestly never had a better car shopping experience or dealership experience. Every single interaction with the Beyer team was positive and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in my decision. The staff are friendly, patient, and incredibly service oriented.In my interactions, I engaged mostly with Anthony in sales, who went above "above and beyond" if that is even a thing (if not, thank Anthony for making it a reality). Communication with him was amazing, he was incredibly patient and accommodating, and he responded to every single question and request as if I was his only customer (even when he was away from the dealership on a training). I made the decision based mostly on the amazing interactions I had with him (he eliminated any doubts I had by being fully transparent and providing detailed responses to my queries). Even after completing the sale and leaving with the car, Anthony was easy to communicate with on questions regarding registration, details about the car, etc. "Give that guy a raise" is an appropriate statement here.I plan on returning to Beyer in the future. They've secured a lifelong customer.

My wife and I were looking for cars after ours got totaled and after two hard days of looking we stumbled upon Beyer Volvo of Falls Church. We had Anthony as our representative and he was excellent. He took care of us from our first handshake. I’m very thankful for their first class customer service. We’ll be back to buy a Volvo from Beyer very shortly.

This was my first time buying a car, so I was a bit nervous about the process, but Wendy was so kind and understanding, she made sure the process was smooth and easy. Then when I bought my car Mojib was amazing in helping me finance my car. They were both so friendly and kind; I loved working with them.
