So disappointed. I understand that the ladies need to take care of others laundry but it’s not fair that they take EVERY SINGLE CART and machine and then they get upset when you say something. They should honestly have specific hours. We are also paying for a service and we can’t even find one machine or cart.

Been going here for years. Great because I can do my laundry, go to a local bar that's close by, or run by the local ABC and get TWISTED while my threads are getting cleansed. 👍🏼💯😜😜😜😜🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The nice place, the Londons keep them very clean but the problem is that the ladies who come to wash the ones with the blue bags do not give space for the people who are going to wash their clothes to fold them, I won't go anymore

I've visited this laundry several times (all at different hours) for a few months now, and unfortunately this place is always crowded with people who seem to work for the laundry place but doing laundry for other people (please refer to the pictures) making it very difficult for regular clients to effectively and efficiently do laundry without having to wait a long time to find an available washer or dryer, and when it comes to laundry carts none available when these people are at work because they keep their big bags in all the carts that are supposed to be for clients, all the folding tables are busy , so in other words if you come there you feel like an intruder, getting on their business.The first time I had that experience I came late in the morning and thought it was the wrong time perhaps, then I decided to go early afternoon and it was the same or worse, next time I tried at around 6 pm and had the same experience, my last attempt at 8:30 pm and the same was happening. So far the only time I find the place empty it's at 4-5am, very inconvenient!!!So if you have to come to this laundry make sure you're ready to spend 3+ hours for 2 loads or simply avoid it at all cost.

During the night shift, a rude male manager kicked us out because we stayed there for 3 hours doing large amount of laundry.

A disaster with the people who take over the spaces for the public, supposedly it is public, but not, it is better that they close a schedule for the people who carry wholesale and thus give them space for the public.

It's clean and everything, but one of the workers took my clothes out of the laundry. That's pretty ugly. It was a lady with spots on her face, and she said that she could be the one who works there. Very poorly created!

Terrible customer service, there are no tables available to fold since the staff is using the entire laundry, it is supposedly public but it is full all the time by its own staff.

Almost everything is fine, except that the employees there are poorly educated, they sweep and map and do not ask for permission on any one they want to map.

Still love this place @ 3am. Super Clean, Thanks Pedro! No one here & Pedro is awesome in customer service ( he thought I was loitering in parking lot & tried to throw me off property) I'm actually grateful he was going to bc that means he keeps the dirt bags away. This has been my go- to & will remain.
