First time going to Mr. Tire and the customer service was exceptional. I had to get a state inspection that I initially failed due to worn breaks. This was an issue I already knew about but was hoping I could still pass anyways. Tyrone and Matt told me I needed new rotors and breaks, which lined up exactly with what I had in my records from my last replacement. They ordered the parts and made quick work of the replacement for a fair price. Great service and work, and they were both very clear explaining the work that needed to be done and breaking out costs!

If I could leave a 0 Star reviewI would, being that the service at this place was horrendous. I waited 2 hours for a tire, which was over priced in addition they want to charge 40 dollars for installation mount and balance. I asked for a discount for the wait he refused and told me I could call a 1-800 number. This is the most horrible experience trying to purchase 1 tire ever. The Manager’s attitude was horrible, and he does not understand customer service.

Was told I needed to replace all four brake pads AND rotors, quoted me $1500 total. I brought my car in to a different shop for a second opinion, and they were saying that my front brake pads still have 3-4000 miles left and my rear brake pads are only 75% used up. Almost got ripped off, glad I walked out.

Made an appointment online where I picked out the exact tire I wanted. Showed up at my appointment time, 5 days after making the appointment, to be told that the tire was not in stock and they would order it and have it later that afternoon. I called them later that afternoon to get a status to then be told they misspoke and that the tire would actually not be arriving for another 2 days. Call again morning of 2 days later to be told they don't have an estimated time and it will get there when it gets there. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful staff. If I didn't already drop off my car I would have taken it somewhere else where they were at least more helpful and friendly.

They tried to blatantly rip me off. I went to get my tire patched, along with an oil change and tire rotation. They told me I did not have a nail in my tire like I said. They also told me all four tires needed replacing because they were 4 years old and could not be rotated until I got new ones (I bought my brand new car 3 years prior and the tires were not bald. A part of the payment included a rotation which they did not do). Shortly after, I got a second opinion and that business removed the nail from my tire and told me the tires were perfectly fine for another year or two. It is worth going somewhere else that charges a few dollars more to be told the truth and to do the work correctly.

I would strongly suggest going to a different auto clinic. This one has extremely messed up business practices. I brought my jeep in due to it having some electrical issues. The manager told me they would have to do an advance diagnostics to figure out the problem. I figured this meant they would have to go into the engine bay and take some stuff apart. What I was not expecting was them to give me a normal diagnostics, where they use a code reader to figure out the issue and just upcharge me upwards of 300 dollars. Autozone offers this service for free, I could have also done this myself. Highly recommend you avoid this business at all cost.

Horrible , lazy customer service why these people even work there ?! I don't recommend this place and I hope nobody goes there!!!! I had an appointment to change a flat and they were not willing to do any work at all and they turned us around like oh sorry. For what is there an option for appointment if you didn't get it ?

I made an appointment in advance (in the early-morning, for a late-afternoon appointment). However, when I arrived they told me that it would be a 2 hour wait, and that online appointments mean nothing… I immediately went elsewhere. Good luck to all who choose to do business at Mr. Tire!

Made alignment in the workshop of Mr. Tire 1198... the car is now going to the right by itself... The technicians just don't understand what they are doing. Wasted money and time.

Came in to get my tire diagnosed and replaced. The online appointment system is useless, because several other people walked in and the guy at the front acted like he wasn't expecting people to come in. What's the point of an online appointment when I need to come in and tell you what I need serviced anyway? they told me there was an irreparable hole. Ok, I order tires and they tell me it would come in a couple days. The tires arrive and they fix it, and then I realize they mounted the tire in the wrong direction. How does a normal person recognize this issue yet their mechanics didn't? I feel like as a shop that specializes in tires and tire repair, a mistake like this is inexcusable. tires mounted in the wrong direction is a safety concern, treads facing in the wrong direction can cause hydroplaning and uneven wear on your vehicle. Not to mention their prices are not great and their service isn't quick. Guy at the desk will give you attitude and talk to his buddies on the phone while people wait in line.EDIT: Unless you're going to offer me a refund for my time and getting this tire remounted I'm not wasting anymore time with any Mr. Tire or company representative

Had to replace a tire on my Subaru Outback and came here because they had my tire brand/match/size on hand. Mario was at the front desk and he was incredibly courteous in breaking down the prices for all the services I needed (new tire plus alignment and oil change). He also price matched one of the services and walked me through the courtesy inspection list that their mechanic filled out for me. Being new to owning and maintaining a car, I found him to be very helpful, friendly, and straightforward. I’ll be happy to come back for any future tire or car services!

Made an appointment online at this place for a tire replacement. Went there at the time of the appointment. They didn't have me on the system at first,then they told me I was on their agenda, but they did not have the tires they have listed on the web and were offering me some expensive ones plus fees and over $200 for installing then. I just turned around and walked out the door. The total was almost $1,600. I was so shocked...

This place is ridiculous. Waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation (was told 1 hour). They removed the wheel covers and forgot to put them back which noticed when I picked up my car. You thought that's already ridiculous? I just found today they removed the belly shield and forgot to screw it back! I just had to find a nearest auto service and spend $43 to get it screwed back.

All of the staff members that I interacted with, both upon dropping off my vehicle, phone calls with updates from staff members about the condition and status of the vehicle, and their patience in explaining the various needs for the vehicle. I felt like I received such respectful and courteous service, and I felt like the needs of the vehicle were presented truthfully and were essential to the needs of my vehicle. None of the expenses seemed unrealistic or overpriced, and the expenses for the services fees seemed reasonable for the quality of service. Thank you for continuing to be a trusted shop with exceptional staff members. I plan to continue using the Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Falls Church for all of my vehicles maintenance and repair needs for the foreseeable future.
