Good selection of clothes but not welcoming or friendly environment. Last time I was in there was my final straw , the air was so dry and I coughed and the judgy lady who is always folding clothes kept giving me this terrible look. Wont go back after that not worth the hassle. Take a lesson on being more welcoming to all parents!

I love coming here! All 3 workers I've interacted with are so nice. The selling process is super easy and competitive offers in my opinion. Also love the check or store credit pricing options. They don't buy many clothes so I continue taking those elsewhere.
I have found many great pieces here when shopping.
Look forward continuing to come here!

Rude when bringing in items to sell. (According to other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.) She needs to remember, her business would not exist without items from this community. The other children’s consignment store in the area, however, isn’t much better. If you need the money, sell on FB. If not, donate to those in need! Won’t be back to sell or buy.

I've been local to Lynchburg since birth. FINALLY went into this store. Blows OUAC out of the water. We drove to Roanoke specifically for OUAC there. After discovering this gem, we won't have to make that trek anymore.All items are worth buying, store is clean, and the method of choosing the items for sale is on point. Don't expect to have to pilfer through dozens of items that are Goodwill quality.The BABY PLAY AREA made me think I died and went to heaven. "You... you mean.... I don't HAVE TO CARRY my child while I shop these tiny aisles?! Shut up and take my money."

If you are going to try to sell there and you want to look over the value that they are trying to buy your items for, just be aware they will be very impatient and annoyed with you. they are not very friendly. I would advise not to buy or sell from there.

Great local business to buy a baby gift or almost any needed item for your young ones if outfitting a nursery or shopping for Christmas and birthdays as aunties and Nanas enjoy doing! A good place to sell back gently used items as your child grows. Affordable prices and good selection!

Great consignment store for babies/children and families!!! Love to shop locally and support small, and this place will not disappoint with a variety of new and classic toys, books, movies, and clothes/shoes. Even had a cute little place for kids to play safely while families shop. The best!!! A must!

I love Amy & Shelby. I have shopped & sold my children’s used items here for several years now. If I’m looking for something particular I let them know and they call me if they get it in. Amy is wonderful and I’ve always had a great experience. I will go here before I go ANYWHERE else. She’s become like family.
