Lowe’s won’t price match their own store pricing, in spite of their “Price Match Guarantee”. Wouldn’t match this sale price at a store 20mi away. Even though I came to the Franklin store because it’s my local. Won’t make that mistake again.

Went here because they had two items I needed to purchase, and had found them both at this store via the Lowe's App identifying nearby stores. Lowes manager (Brandon) refused to price match a nearby Lowes for one of the items on sale and said it was "Lowes corporate policy" that they wouldn't price match other stores, in spite of Lowes having a public Price Match Guarantee. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service and the Franklin Lowes will be losing a customer because of this.

I am really upset with Lowe’s and their warranties on utilities. We purchased a washer with a 5 year warranty. We had it 4 years and it stopped spinning.
