These guys were very fast very efficient and friendly service they towed my car I was not from the area but so they took me to their shop where I found their mechanics to be excellent as very honest I wish they were closer to my home I would use them as my go to mechanic if you're looking for a great towing service with good mechanics I highly recommend these guys they're very good and honest guys I will take great care of you and your car I just can't thank them enough they really got me out of a bad situation and made a bad situation into a very easy and comfortable one I would trust them was any of my vehicles thank you guys

2019-02-08 Vartan (driver) and office personnel were really nice and Vartan towed my vehicle to BMW of Sterling from Thornburg VA, Vartan is a good safe driver and we had nice conversation while towing my car to BMW of Sterling. Highly recommend!

I just had my vehicle towed by Balian's and the tow driver was very courteous and he arrived ahead of time. Car was delivered at destination without incident. I would recommend this towing service.

Locked my keys in my work truck. I was stuck at chili’s and had a mobile locksmith that couldn’t get my truck unlocked. I was refered to try towing company and these guys came out and had my truck unlocked in minutes. Only cost $50. Couldn’t be happier

I had a flat tire and Balian's towing came and changed it for me. I had started trying to change it myself (never have done it ever) and the guy was super nice and showed me how I was doing it wrong, and actually showed me under the car what I needed to fix so that I can do it right if I ever need to again! I loved that he took the time to teach me something. A few weeks later my battery died, and Balian's came out and it was the same guy again. Super friendly, very informative, answered all my questions and gave me good suggestions on what to do. He noticed my battery looked new (it was only 3 weeks old) he told me to take it back to the store and they'd replace it for me (I didn't know shops would do that). He let me turn off my car, and attempt to start it again (it didn't) and had no problem jumping it again, he just really wanted to be sure it WAS the battery. I greatly appreciate how he actually cared about what was going on and wasn't just rushing to be done. I highly recommend Balian's towing.

They stepped up when there were 20+ other tow companies who didn't want to transport from Fredericksburg to Woodbridge during rush hour. Vartan, my driver was understanding, professional and Courteous.

Would not recommend!! Extremely rude and yelled at me at the end of the call before hanging up! Plus, the price was almost twice as high as a nearby competitor. Use Michael's towing and recovery!

We were stranded on the side of I95. We called Balian's and were immediately connected with a real person who was extremely helpful. They quoted us 30-45 minutes and arrived in 25 minutes. Our vehicle was towed and they had another driver shuttle us to a rental car office. They made a very bad situation go smoothly and put us at ease. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and understanding.

As a member of USAA I called road side assistance to have my car towed. USAA advised me that Balian's towing would be there within 30 minutes. They showed up within 25 minutes. Balian was quick, efficient and a really good guy. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good tow company.
