Got my unit in June due to me needing a temporary space for my couch set. Paid the prorated amount for the first month, they told me I would get the second month free. Then they screwed up the paperwork and made me pay for the second month and if I didn’t they wouldn’t remove the pad lock off my storage unit. I will never do business with this storage company again.
Word of advice if you do decide to get a storage space with them, have them send everything in writing!!!!
Yall cannot do anything to fix this because yall literally made me pay for a month that I should have had for free. This was a temporary space that I needed and may have been long term because I plan to start another business in the near future but I will never do business with you all.
As a business owner myself I treat my clients with respect and trust. If I’m wrong I fix it!

In the process of selecting and reserving a storage unit online with the Missouri home office staff for my upcoming long distance move, I was able to speak with the reservation staff person, Robin. My original unit of interest was no longer available, but she offered me an alternative unit with the same promotional terms. Upon her thorough explanation of the entire process, upon which I made my decision to lease, I made my initial payment. There was some sort of technical issue that I brought to her attention. The terms that we’d discussed were incorrect in my emailed lease agreement that I was to electronically sign. Robin quickly told me not to sign anything until she could speak with her supervisor in order to figure out what happened and get things straightened out for me. She told me that I would be called ASAP. That same afternoon, Robin’s supervisor, Natasha phoned explaining what happened earlier. We discussed alternative solutions with the same promotional terms. I made a choice and my lease agreement was setup with her. Lastly, the following day I phoned the property manager, Lauren who gave me the local details to facilitate my move in and unit requirements. Robin was responsible for the smooth management of a challenge. Her personable attention to details and follow through for my successful rental transaction was second to none.
