I just love Kathleen O’Blinsky. I
am her client who was quite naive. I had not bought a home since 1987.
Ms. O’Blinsky walked me through getting my home readied for sale and then she sold my home.
I was so happy with her, a true friend, I then wanted her to help me buy a Villa in Salem Fields.
We did find the Villa I wanted. I would recommend Kathleen O’Blinsky and the Brooke Miller team at Long and Foster, Fredericksburg, VA. 22401 to hire her as your Realtor when looking to buy or sell your home.

Kathy helped us find our first home. She was honest and knowledgeable about the Fredericksburg area. She is easy to talk to and understands how stressful house hunting can be in this crazy market.
We were under a time constraint, Kathy made it her priority to take us to all the properties over a holiday weekend. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and she helped structure a deal that helped us buy quickly.

We initially were looking in the Richmond area and decided to come to Fredricksburg and we met Kathy through a referral. We instantly connected! She knew exactly what we were looking for. We only went to 5 places. She brought us to Embrey Mills in Stafford and we bought the next day. I adore her personality and she is very knowledgeable about real estate and mortgages.

We met Kathy when she helped our daughter with purchasing her first home, she was very personable, very knowledgeable and helpful to our daughter. So Kathy was the first to come to mind when we decided to buy a new home. Thank goodness for her. We had a terrible experience with our first selling agent and Kathy helped us find a wonderful new agent. The area we were looking in had very little to offer in the size home our family required. Kathy was very good at zeroing in on the properties that could work for us and kept us informed as soon as a new prospect came across her desk. Then we had a nightmare moving company experience. If it hadn’t been for Kathy finding solutions and keeping us calm I think I would have just given up. When we had some issues with the builder of our new home she was fast to get things in writing to protect us and make sure the home was completed properly. I would highly recommend her as an agent and would, and have, referred my loved ones. Kathy made a really tough move bearable and we will always be thankful for her expertise.

Kathy has been wonderful to me. She’s been extremely responsive. My texts and emails do not sit waiting; she gets back to me within a few minutes. If not, she explains why. I don’t understand some of the financing stuff and she researches for me and explains to me. Overall very friendly professional service. You guys are lucky to have her!

Kathy was the consummate professional, not just during the process of selling our home, but for more than a year prior when we made the unfortunate decision to use a different agent which resulted in not selling the year before. She stayed in touch and followed our efforts offering her advice and help. This year we signed her up. She listed our home and three days later we had four offers. We sold and closed in a few weeks. We highly recommend Kathy!
