1st time had a wonderful experience, all the clothes were washed/dried folded/hung up for me. Someone even walked my extra loads to the car, I tipped them of course. 2nd time white/yellow/cream light clothes came back with blue/grey stains & I had to throw clothes away. My two throw blankets were once soft & fuzzy came back crispy and had to be thrown away. Tried calling, no one picked up & mailbox was full. 50% of ruining my stuff. I will not be back. Really disappointing after the first great experience.

So I come to this place to wash and dry and 7:30pm going in I was stop by the lady that works there she says last load was a 7pm I said okay and leaves out the building going to my car. To look back she lets a white guy go in and let him wash but when I questioned her about it she says oh he rushed in after she told him last wash was at 7pm which she lied to me. That’s not right to me at all. This place is very unprofessional never going back

Horrible THE ONE WHO WORKS THERE THIN SHORT AND WITH CURLY HAIR WHO IS ALWAYS ANGRY AT 7 PM NO LONGER LETS PEOPLE IN AND IF BY ACCIDENT SOMEONE ENTERS SHE CLAIMS THE PERSON AND TELLS HIM TO LEAVE, I CAME HERE 7 YEARS AGO AND THEY HAD NEVER DONE THAT UNTIL 8 THE PEOPLE ENTER🙄

Hours are never updated, half the dryers don’t work and haven’t worked in forever - (10) today - not well maintained. Don’t waste your time. Owner must not ever take a good look at their own place of business.

If I could give zero stars… I would. It was filthy. Half the dryers were broken. Literally there were lots of people waited for the few that were working. Then there were some that were so old they look like they’ve been sitting there broken for years. I ended up leaving with wet clothes to dry somewhere else. Their washers look like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. There are others that are much better in the area. Try elsewhere.

Rude as ever. Started out nice, then as two years passed they became nasty and downright disgusting behavior! Horrible do NOT go to this place of HORRIBLE attitudes and nasty disrespectful comments, do better!

I've been doing laundry here for the last 2yrs.....my experience has been worse each time! For starters the owner is rude and nasty! She brings her dog to work with her and when you ask for the dog to not be around due to allergies, she will snap and tell you he's a service animal! I learned which days she's not there & changed my schedule! Today the other non-friendly older lady (shorter, heavy set, no smile ever walks around like she hates her life/job, clothes way too small) has 8of the large dryers filled with drop-off clothes 6 not running, folding clothes from the dryer, 5 dryers that have NEVER worked since I've been going.....and when my bf asked for her to empty a dryer for his use....THE EYE ROLL that was given!!! Now I understand that you have orders that need to be filled but the laundry mat is here for customers to come do their laundry!!! Why is general service so hard to get no a days?? My bf and I come once to twice a month, do not do our laundry together..... Today he spent $35 to wash and I spent $23......just to get attitude to have a dryer to use!!! I wish the lady with the real long ponytail, great go getter personality and beautiful big smile worked everyday! She and the hot water....are the ONLY REASONS to go there!!!
Wish I knew of another that offers and truly uses hot water!!!

Staff is always helpful, ready to jump in if needed. Ginger is the best I have ever seen in this type of setting she speaks to everyone and truly gives it the country home feel. She genuinely cares about her job and the people that walk in and out of her doors.

Machine damaged my clothes. The laundromat I usually use was closed. I went here and the clothes I washed in their machines put pills ( fuzzy balls)on all my athletic gear. I have been washing these clothes at Mama's Laundromat for a year and they all looked brand new until I did my wash at kleene scene. Additionally, the facility itself is dark and dingy and reeks of cigarettes. Keep it moving folks.
