After being told an appointment for an oil change was not necessary, yesterday I brought in my CRV & was told it would be completed in an hour. Not only was my vehicle finished when promised but the tech checked my service records, apprised me of upcoming maintenance & noted that currently the cabin filter needed changing, which I authorized.

I've come to Little Tire for almost a decade. The latest visit was for my Outback to get 4 new Michelins. Tires were placed, inflated perfectly, and ready to drive within 2 hours of my walk-in visit. Love this shop! God bless em!

Superb job to repair 2002 Hyundai Elantra front wheel support arms and tire replacement. Quick turnaround on repairs, notified what the repairs would be and cost. Very reasonable costs.

I came in and stated I’m duefor a state emissions and they did a state inspection as well for no reason when I had it done in June and was good for 2025. They removed my sticker and put a rejection sticker and when asked why was I given they stated “Oh I thought you said state inspection and emissions”??? Seriously? Now I’m currently driving with a rejected sticker and had to go talk to the State Trooper as a resolution to not even get my sticker back. As a college student who was getting ready to leave this weekend and they couldn’t even comprise with me to get it done if I brought the parts and pay the cost for labor. I find this very unethical of a business and this was my first time left a bad taste in my mouth and now have to waste more money to get the part fix and some more. I even asked for Mr.Little number to speak to him to draw some type of resolution that both parties can agree too and they inclined they can’t give his number. So I went on ahead and made a report to the BBB and will continue on with legal actions for this nonsense.
