I went to pick up 2 standard dresses cost me $34. I asked why the cost, just wanting to understand. Perhaps the process used or something. The owner told me if I did not like his pricing don’t come back. He went on for abt 3 min abt other cleaners.
I get it he does not want my business and feels he can go off on anyone asking a question. He was rude to the man ahead of me so I should have known. Be aware!!!

Horrible customer service. Owner/man just turned me away with a button down Oxford. He says he can’t do heavy starch and can’t guarantee that he can get the little stain out. He told me to go somewhere else. I took it to Zips and they charged me half the price and had no issue.

I’m honestly shocked at all the positive reviews here on Google because this place has trash service. Rude owner yelled at my elderly mother, berated her, belittled her, and falsely accused her of trying to get some sort of discount when she was simply trying to drop off some clothes for cleaning. Utter disrespect. She's been going there for decades and this is the way they take care of their longtime customers. Skip this failing business and take your clothes elsewhere.

I’ve only used them a couple times but they’ve been great.Most recently I brought in a very large comforter (10’x11’) that other places have trouble with. It had a great deal of sail from my dog and I didn’t have high expectations, but it came out great.

Very bad costumer device by the owner. I came to ask if I can tailor a pair of pants and after he told me the price I decided not to do the job because it wasn't cost efficient he kick me out of the store. I was a regular , but no more .
