I had recently come here with my wife to pick up a few things so I decided to stop for a coffee while she shopped. I was more than happy to have the pleasure of meeting two Starbucks/target employees named Tristan and Ian. The both of them were very customer oriented but also seemed to enjoy their work. I hope to see them more often since I will definitely be stopping by this Starbucks more often rather than the stand alone store in Central park. These two employees single-handedly brightened my mood, got me my coffee, and made me excited to go to target rather than it just being a chore. Because of their outstanding customer service I hope they are being compensated as such. I say this because every time I have gone to this target location the Starbucks line has been out the door. This means that not only are they very friendly but also working at a fast pace all day. This type of dedication deserves recognition.

Some type of scam or attempted robbery is being run in this parking lot. A man approached my car tonight but I hit the gas as soon as he came up to my door. They may be targeting guests that are alone or women. I’ve never had anything like this happen until tonight, but I always lock my door and start my car immediately upon getting in. Where is Target security?

Store conditions in perishable department is unacceptable. Milk, creamer, egg cases 90% empty. I can tell none of the product or section has been touched by an associate.Yes, understand staffing is an issue everywhere but those sections look horrible. Not one retailer creamers only the expensive brands.That's why I shop at your other location. I even have pictures of those sections.

I love shopping at Target. However I am not a fan of this particular store located in Central Park. The atmosphere always seems gloomy here. There is no music playing in the store. Which can make the overall customer experience very unhappy. I thought it was an unfortunate policy to not play music in the store, until I visited another location and heard music and had a much better experience. This location has nice staff but the store seems unorganized and not like any other locations. There needs to be consistency.

My big complaint was that my handicap scooter was SO slow and died in the middle of the store. Just as importantly, with all of the technology in the world, why are there no automatic door openers at the bathrooms??

Had a very rude lady with a tag name patsy, She will ugh at me making me feel like an idiot while I was trying to ask her for help with my target app yesterday. I’ve never had this kind of approach at this store before. Almost 5 years coming to this store and I always had very nice and helpful workers except for this lady. Please make sure you have knowledge and kind managers that can help customers with their apps.

I have been patronizing this Target location ever since 2017. I had my ups and my downs but I discovered that if you’re extremely dissatisfied and you want immediate satisfactory results you should reach out to the store manager Morgan. My husband always brags about Morgan. Back in 2027, my husband was on a member of a local neighborhood Committee and he met Morgan when he approached her for some recommendations and for some help with a return. He was highly impressed with her attentive attitude towards the store’s customers as well as her willingness to help each and every customer who came to the store seeking any assistance from her!!! She will go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone leaves her store satisfied and with positive experience. Since 2017 till now; the surrounding areas for this particular Target store have been very pleased with Morgan’s performance and they keep on giving her the thumb up for her great customer service!!I have read most of the negative reviews for this Target location and I say that’s not fair to blemish the entire store reputation just for few minor issues that can be solved easily if any of the reviewers approached Morgan for help. If one staff at the store acted disrespectful towards any customer; it’s NOT fair to blame the whole store collectively especially when the staff is headed by a shrewd well-respected manager that’s proactive in the best customer service around in the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM AT THIS TARGET LOCATION; MAKE AN EFFORT TO REACH THE STORE MANAGER MORGAN AND TELL HER ABOUT YOUR DISSATISFACTION; you’ll be surprised by her demeanor and her ability to make a bad experience into a good one… Don’t take my word for everything I said; GO IN AND MEET MORGAN; you’ll be glad you did and you will make a great friend in the store …just like we did…!!!!

It is always a pleasure to shop at Target. Stores are clean, well lit and well stocked. Employees genuinely seem to like working there and that is reflected in excellent service.

One of the employees is a scalper and is holding all the Disney Lorcana trading cards for himself behind the customer service desk. They refused to sell me it.

It's difficult to not love what target has to offer. It's a bougeois mini-walmart. There are two kinds of people: those who refuse to eat sushi, and those who eat sushi just to say they enjoy it. Target attracts the latter. Jokes aside. The cardigans are amazing and need to come in black. The branding that target has attracted is pretty great. The people are wonderful. With ONE exception. It's difficult to walk into the book and tech department because the AT&T representative locks you down, and will ask you the same question. It's extremely uncomfortable to have to put someone down every time we go to Target. The turnover for that position is high and it's always someone new trying to get us on the plan. It's not a particularly good deal and you're better off with just putting an explicit sign that says 50$ a line. done. I don't like killing the hopes of someone just trying to get by-- I don't want to treat them like a beggar in a place where we go to walk and waste money. We believe in you.

Great experience! Called ahead to ask about product availability. There several variations of the product I needed, Austin in Electronics explained the performance of each version to assist in selecting the best choice. In todays retail world of cut-backs & fewer staff, Austin made my experience Excellent!

The Summer mini Stroller,Poor quality with plastic wheels for a stroller and it would not close up .. and I looked at the reviews and people were having the same problem trying to close the stroller .. this is an item should not sell at all!! Even the $20.00 umbrella stroller have real wheels..Also, the lady at the customer service desk who helped me in the return needs more training with her customer Service skills & learn how to scan the correct bar code on the merchandise box and learn how to read a receipt..
