I love this Fall Hill branch. I have been there for about 8 years. My daughter has an account there too. Everyone who was there when we started our accounts are gone. We stay because James is amazing, he makes us feel like family and V.I.P’s Which is much better than Yolanda treats me. She looks at me with disgust and has an attitude with me unless my daughter is with me. James apologized to me and assured me that we were important and always welcome. He is the best. Please never lose him.

This Atlantic Union Bank branch is one of the best I have been too. Very friendly staff and have always been greeted with a smile. Yolanda helped me exchange currency for a trip I was going on, and the turn around was extremely quick. Thank you!

The wait time here is insane. I sat and waited over an hour just to get a replacement debit card because they said it would be faster if I came in person. No one even acknowledged me or let me know it would just be a few more minutes. I wouldn’t come back to this branch personally

Customer service in person at branches continues to decline. Small business owners should look elsewhere. We have had our account with them for over 14 years. Fees increase, interest rates are way below what you can find at other places and service gets worse. We have kept an account open with Atlantic Union out of misplaced loyalty. It is a bad basic business decision to bank with Atlantic Union. Better options are easily found. I shared my frustrations with a long time bank employee and they agreed with me! They have the mentality they we should pay them for the honor of holding our money. Sad, but now it is easy to see why the small banking industry is in the shape it is.
