I recently visited the UPS store in Richmond. Upon entering the store, noticed a que, what came shortly apparent to me was the quality, and calming professional manner in which Paul, dealt with each individual patron. As Paul was the only postal person at that time, he offer apologies, and reassurance it shouldn't take very long, and he was right! Paul, even took time to take care of a elderly patron whom appeared to be a frequent customer. The professionalism that Paul exhibited is very rare in my opinion, for that reason I made it my business to put pen to paper and let his supervisor know how satisfied I was with his excellet customer service.

I would like to share some feedback about Andrew who works at the UPS store that I frequent. The service from Andrew is beyond outstanding. He's always smiling and greeting customers as they come in. He even makes small talk to get to know you. I look forward to conducting business at this location as I know if Andrew is there I'll get the best service correctly and quickly. Keep up the great work Andrew!

Horribly managed. It is clear that bo one is in charge here. Came to see a notary and they were out, due to return in 20 minutes. Comeback 20 minutes later and the notary is in the building, he will be with you in one moment. 30 minutes later. This nameless faceless notary is still not coming. Someone needs to take charge of this place, it is clearly mismanaged.

Marked improvement over my last several visits to this location. Paul, in particular, has been very helpful and pleasant. No smells of smoking recently (used to be quite noticeable that someone was smoking in back).
Not sure if under new management or something but definitely improving over past experiences (this has been my main UPS location for 8+ years).

I go to this particular UPS store every day of the week due to my job.
I have to say that Andrew is one of the best employees I have ever known. UPS is very fortunate to have an employee such as this.

Everyone who works at this location is fantastic — professional, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, it’s the management (or owner) that seems completely disconnected from the store’s condition and its customers’ needs.
I’ve repeatedly asked them to fix the broken door stopper so I can carry in my heavy boxes (none of which are under 50 pounds). Each time I bring shipments, the push carts are unusable — broken wheels, broken handles, or just unavailable. This forces someone to come out and physically hold the door open while I carry my boxes one by one. Despite raising this issue multiple times, nothing ever changes.
On top of that, one time I used a small amount of their tape to re-seal a damaged box, and I was nearly scolded — apparently, the owner is very strict about that, which just felt unnecessarily hostile given the circumstances.
I’m disappointed because I genuinely liked the team here.
