We couldn’t be happier with our experience at KinderCare! From day one, it’s been clear that the staff is truly dedicated to the well-being and development of every child that walks through the doors. The environment is structured in a way that ensures each kid feels at home, are always safe and most importantly engaged.
The entire team is truly amazing & they treat each child with genuine care which makes it easy to trust that our little one is in great hands.
Everything is seamless at drop-off and pick-up, coordination is always well-organized, and communication with parents is open and consistent—we’re always kept in the loop with updates, photos, and progress reports via the App.
It’s clear that this is more than just a daycare—it’s a place where children are loved, supported, and encouraged to grow. Ms LaFaye’ is running an amazing center and we wouldn’t want our child anywhere else!

The staff at Kindercare have been absolutely amazing at helping my child grow and develop. My child's skills have flourished since starting and she is well prepared for public school at the age of 4. The teachers are always open to discuss any concerns you have and will work with you dispel any worries you may have. The center director also makes a continuous effort to recognize the names and faces of all the children and parents, which creates the perfect family friendly environment. I have no doubts when leaving my child in their care and I feel confident in their abilities to teach our children the skills they need to be successful in and out of school. At Kindercare, the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to take care of our children and ensure they are happy, healthy, and safe! I highly recommend!

My daughter absolutely loves this school.
She has been working through some developmental delays, and it’s been amazing to see how much she’s grown and thrived here. Every teacher we’ve encountered has been so kind, patient, and dedicated. I’m truly grateful for the entire staff—not only for the care they show my daughter, but for the way they support every child who walks through the doors. Thank you for creating such a nurturing and encouraging environment!

My daughter loves her teachers Ms.Sabrina and Ms.Debrah! Literally all of the staff are amazing and there has been no decline in my child’s behavior. The communication is top tier. Both me & my daughters social interaction has improved since being accepted by Ms.Lafaye. I am so confident in my child’s wellbeing here❤️ THANK YOU

I’m so happy I found this location! From the very first phone call with Ms. LaFaye to now having my kids attend, it has truly been a wonderful experience. Kindercare isn’t the first daycare we've tried—we’ve been to at least two others before this—but it is by far the best. It’s true what they say: save the best for last! My girls absolutely love it here. In fact, my 2-year-old was upset yesterday because she had a doctor’s appointment and couldn’t go to school. That evening, she told me she didn’t want to stay home with me the next day—she wanted to go to school instead! Every staff member has played a role in making this such a positive experience. My girls will always remember Kindercare fondly. I’m so grateful for the amazing staff and everything they’ve done for our family!

KinderCare has been great to my kids. This is me and my kids first daycare experience, and the staff the Kindercare definitely put my worries at ease. La’faye (the director) always answers my calls or returns them if she happens to be busy when I call. Being a worried mom, she makes sure to answer all of my concerns with empathy and consideration. My kids love the staff. I’m still learning names… but Miss Icy, Miss Brittnie, Miss Pam, and even Miss Destiny (the assistant director) have all been wonderful. And miss Nicole!! Miss Nicole is the best!!

My 21 month old has been going here since he was about 9 months and his progress has been through the roof! he knows all his ABCs when pointed out, he knows his numbers 1-10 and he also knows some of his animals. I love his teachers in the toddler room because they love my child like he's their own and he is learning so much being with them. I cant wait to see a year from now how much he has learned, especially when he transitions to the twos classroom. Keep it up Kinder care you do such an amazing job!

My son started here in 2020 when he was going on 2 years old. And he left when he was ready for pre k and I never felt more comfortable with a daycare center. They have a pre k program as well but I wanted to enroll my son in the public school system.This is like a school more than a daycare. They have a app that updates you with your child’s progress throughout the day such as eating, toileting, and pictures during activities.I had a baby in 2022 and he goes to the center as well and I haven’t had one issue with him either. I highly recommend on every level. The staff is amazing, attentive and always respectful no matter the situation. The director and assistant director are very friendly as well and always help when you need a hand.

This center is absolutely amazing. I have had my daughter enrolled here for 7 years. She absolutely loves it. I now have my 3 year old son here. The team is absolutely amazing. They are an amazing place to help raise your children. They have helped potty train both of my children. They help with my daughter's homework and my 3 year old knows most of his colors because of this terrific center. Will definitely continue to use this center for years to come.

I love this facility. The ladies and staff here are friendly, professional and overall, outstanding. Miss LaFaye' was incredibly kind and worked with me on everything. We were able to enroll my daughter part time to socialize.In the 2-3 year old class, Miss Priscilla and Miss Lee were amazing with my daughter and helped me complete potty training quickly and easily. Once my daughter was ready to move to the next class, they began transitioning her to the 3-4 year old group.Before my daughter left this facility, she was allowed to come and visit her friends and teachers a final time to say goodbye.I want to say thank you to the staff here for making our first experience with day care such a good experience and memorable.

I have two kids who go here. A 10 month old and an almost 3 year old. My daughter has been going here since she was born and my son transferred here when he was a year old after a horrible experience at the last daycare. The center director Mrs.Lafaye and her partner Mrs.Lee are AMAZING!!!! There recently was a health concern in the center and they were so proactive about notifying us and communicating! Everything they knew, we knew also! The whole staff is friendly , caring, and FAMILY. If you’re looking for a safe place that you’ll never have to worry about your kids being loved, this is the place for you. I can’t thank them enough for loving our babies and giving us the peace of mind that seems so rare in these crazy times. Mrs.Lafaye even made personal phone calls to every single parent to let us know the new steps being taken to reopen the center and welcome the kids back. These are the sweetest people you’ll ever work with and I can’t sing their praises enough. Just all around a fantastic group of people. ❤️

My son has been going here since he was 6months, he is now 2yrs old. My daughter who is school age is also enrolled during school breaks and Summer Camp. My children love this center as well as their teachers. The communication is EXCELLENT, so I never have to be at work worried about my children at KinderCare of Hampton, they are in great hands. Ms. Lafayette and Ms. Lee are great center directors.
