My daughter has learned so much in less than a year and has broken out of her anti social shell. I am happy to have found this school and will recommend it to anyone.

Absolute terrible experience. Our son (2 ) was to start his first year of preschool here but what happened was nothing short of a nightmarish experience. On his second day of school he came home with his pinky in a bandaid with a chunk of meat missing out of it and the teacher aid just told us he pinched it on something. That was red flag 1
Keep in mind it’s September 12 right now and we haven’t even completed 3 weeks of school.
On our sons 9thday of school (ever) the director of the school calls to tell us our son won’t nap and we have to pick him up because of that , and if we want to have him continue to go there we would have to pick him up for nap time 11:30-2 . She went and hand picked him out because he was throwing a tantrum and wanted him out of her school immediately.
I want to emphasize on this point specifically that on the day she called us September 10th the director told us she had him sit in her office with her. I do not know what happened that day but the following morning our son WOULD NOT GO he was terrified of that place after September 10th and being with that lady. He hid himself in the bedroom in the corner when we said we were going to school, ripping his clothes off and more specifically after this day transpired.
HE WAS TERRIFIED.
She called us on Tuesday on week (his 9th day) three and told us to figure something out by the following week because they lack any empathy for a toddler trying to adjust to school life.
This lady kicked our two year old son out of their program because he didn’t take naps. And they tried to get a 2 year old toddler to sit in a room quietly for two hours and acted like that was going to go over well. Our son didn’t even complete one full 5 school week before this evil vile person pushed him out.
1/5 stars all the way around for this place.

I have had an association with this school for over a decade. The staff truly cared for and nurtured our children like they were their own. Great sense of community. Best Private School in the area.I am in education and the elementary foundation that my children received far surpassed what any public school district in our area could provide. Our two oldest children attended through 5th grade. They transitioned amazingly and flourished in the public school setting; going on to graduate college. They often speak of the wonderful memories they have from their time at Gloria Dei. Our youngest began in child care at age 3 and continued through the 3rd grade. She since is thriving in public school academically with the foundation Gloria Dei provided.Beyond the education, they mold kind and good students with a wonderful sense of right and wrong.

Beyond thankful for this school! It’s been a wonderful place for Children to grow and learn about Jesus. They receive top notch education and are loved on by all of the teachers and staff! We are a military family and when the day comes for us to leave we will be heartbroken! There is a reason this school has won so many awards! ❤️

Love love love! They treat you like family and love your children just like their own! My son has thrived since attending! He’s become more outgoing, less picky with food, and is always smiles and laughs! He’s learned so much in so little time. He comes home singing their circle time songs and dancing along! The teachers also keep me updated and informed with everything he’s doing. I get daily notes of what he’s done fun, what he’s eaten, and how many times he’s been changed. I also get pictures whenever his teacher has a free moment. I was nervous to not have him with family but they’ve made me feel secure in my decision! They’ve become family!

I truly love this school! My son enjoys all of his friends he has made since starting in the toddler program and now in the preschool. The teachers have bent over backwards helping him succeed and learning new skills. Every teacher has been wonderful and commutative when it comes to him and what they need from us to help him. He has done so many fun things like a parade for earth day, concerts, field days and more! Gloria Dei has been a blessing we never knew we needed. I will forever recommend this school to anyone who asks.

We found Gloria Dei by chance when we first moved to town and instantly fell in love. The staff automatically makes you feel at home and like your child will always be cared for and communicated about. The curriculum is top tier and they still manage to fit in fun and age based lessons in church. The admin go above and beyond for the students and staff. It’s a place where you will always be treated like family and greeted with open arms.

As a military family we face a lot of decisions in the constant PCS and relocation aspect of life. Finding a school to fit my early learner was extremely important for us as we were coming to the area. Gloria Dei School checked all the boxes and more! Our daughter felt right at home with the loving and caring administration/staff. She has learned many social and academic skills under their care. I highly recommend Gloria Dei to any family looking to give their child(ren) a strong education all while giving them a safe place to grow.

Bullying allowed. Teachers not trained or prepared to handle children. It a for profit, so if there is any problems, they blame the parents/family. They do not truly practice or model a faith based orientation. Disgusted we thought this would be a better place for our children

My child attended the two year old program at this school in 2017. While in their care he had received a bump on his eye lid and a puncture wound in an accident. Overnight his eye swoll up and we rushed him the local ER at 2 AM which then transferred him CHKD to where he was admitted for 8 days. The scans showed that he had fractures in his oribital socket and they believe the puncture wound was infected. We received no call from the school and we were notified via a one line note. At the hospital we tried to call the school to get a better idea of what happened to help my son’s doctors and the staff was not helpful. Once my son was out of the hospital we attempted to work with the staff at the school to try and figure out how this could of happened in the first place and the staff resorted to gaslighting and seemed to think that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the schools policies and procedures. If this school is such a community why wasn’t anyone concerned about my son!!?

If you decide to put your faith in this place, pray your child never gets injured while in their care. They will only notify you in a note upon pickup, they will not take accountability, and because they are a church they are charitably immune to legal action. Save yourself and your child from this pain, hospital bills, and legal fees.
