This place was great in the beginning until my daughter and I went to get our eyebrows done. I guess a new lady works there and she did a horrible job. She literally cut off my half my eyebrow, shape is uneven. She messed up my daughter’s eyebrows to the point where we have to grow them out to get our shape back. When I mentioned these issues, the manager or whoever she is, comes and says that my eyebrows were messed up to begin with and I didn’t have any hair in the spot she cut off. She also said the new lady has to learn somehow. Basically telling me she didn’t care what this lady did to our eyebrows and she couldn’t see that they are uneven!! This place is run down anyway. I wouldn’t recommend coming here!

The lady was nice however the work was a mess. Nails were too thick and bulky. Polish was lumpy as well

Constantly closing early they don’t follow their own posted hours it’s extremely unprofessional and it causes a inconvenience to paying customers who are going out of their way to use their services

Overpriced and can't take many customers at once. They also have a bunch of the same polish colors but they could expand their colors a lot more. Was looking for a sun yellow but the closest they had was a mustard yellow and it was very ugly. The ladies were very sweet though

I would give them 5-Stars, but because they hardly ever open on-time or close for nonsense, they get 2-Stars! Today, there's a sign on the door that states they're closed from 2-4! Why?! Last time, someone claimed that her sister locked the keys inside. Smh They lose a lot of business by closing at odd hours and not opening on-time.

I always get my nails done here. And sometimes a pedicure. Yesterday I decided to get a new spa pedicure. It was the best. It was so good I almost couldn't walk. I mean that in a good way. Try the new spa they have.

Great experience!!! We were walk-ins, seated immediately. Everyone was very nice, professional, and did good work. We did not feel rushed even though we ended up staying a little after their early close to have a holiday party. In fact, they invited us to stay and insisted we have some food before we left. Great crew!!

i got a gel pedicure and the man literally rushed. it looks AWFUL. polish all around the toes and all. i could’ve done a better job myself. also, there’s no reason gel polish should be chipping the same day. an absolute WASTE of $45 and i won’t be back.

They are never open when they say they're open. They need to change the hours on their door and the ones on maps. They seem like they're always closed.
