I only met Paul last week when I went to check out a truck on his lot. My experiance was positive. No real issues, upfront pricing that was better than other big dealers and Paul addressed my concerns on his dime in a timely fashion. I've only had the truck for 3 days so hopefully no issues arise. Very happy so far. Thanks Paul.

Paul the owner was suppose to get me a front license plate bracket but had to go buy my own and pay 200 to have it installed. Being from the Eastern Shore with some of his roots there would have thought service would have been great. Stay Way!!! Do not recommend. Only concerned about the sale clearly .

Undecided cause I'm still driving it.-Purchased what appeared through CarFax to be a really good vehicle, however less than 2 weeks into driving the vehicle the engine light came on, then the wrench. Now less than a month of owning it's headed to a mechanic. Buyers bring your mechanic before purchasing from this dealership.

Shady, shady, avoid it like the plague, unfortunately I can’t give him negative stats, bad customer service, not responsive.
The car they sold us was in a very bad shape, we went to them for service and gave us the cold treatment, never answered our calls. Bad, bad, bad. Stay away.

This is the best company ever I love the name and everything it stands for!!!! He didn’t even message my wife on messenger after I left a laughing emoji on his Facebook post! He sold me a car that had no codes, top quality! This man is a saint I would not buy a car from anyone else other than Mr. Pruitt! This man is to definitely be trusted with purchasing a vehicle from!

Left a laughing react on his cheesy facebook post, and he reacted by saying stuff to my wife through messenger!! Definitly not the type of person who you should trust with a major purchase like a vehicle!! Probably clears codes and "patches" major flaws just to get your money!!

They are very shady. They put "band aids" on major issues and then sell the vehicle. They are notorious for this. Most of their good reviews are family reviews.

I recently spoke with a sales rep named Paul regarding a car they had for sale and was in negotiations for a trade-in value for my vehicle. I did my due diligence and went on KBB and looked up my trade-in value and it was 31,000.00 he said it would be a stretch for him but would give me 26,000.00. That is wholesale value not trade-in. He is not purchasing my vehicle at an auction nor am I buying his at an auction to justify a price adjustment. Please do your homework and get your cars value before going to him. A car like mine sells for retail at almost 36,000.00 that would be a 10,000.00 gain for him. Needless to say not buying from them ever! If they do this god only knows what else they would rip you off on.

This was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. Quick and easy no haggling back and forth. Very straight forward and honest. Definitely recommend if you want a different experience than a large dealer trying to sell you everything under the sun.
