“Rice always comes through with all the CMV work we need done, whether Inspections: state or DOT, tires, alignment of our box trucks etc. They even have a mobile service and were able to get out to a truck that we had blow a sidewall in DC. Pretty reasonably priced for that I thought. If you're looking for cheap linglongs or something you probably want to go somewhere else, but if you're looking for high quality tires, this place is it.”

“I lucked out by finding Professional Car Care Center! One rainy Saturday night, my Honda Pilot died. I had it towed to this garage. I could not have picked a better service center. The owner and head mechanic (Walt) is fantastic! He fixed the problem with the Pilot, plus he corrected some other issues. At the same time, Walt did everything he could to save me labor hours. Much appreciated! Honest, friendly, hardworking and skilled. I have already recommended this shop to others.”

“I took my Tesla Model Y in for an alignment, but noticed the steering wheel was still a bit off-center due to a minor suspension issue. I emailed the shop about it, and the next day, Hany, the staff manager, called me. He offered to personally handle the alignment if I could drop off the car. Hany spent a couple of days fine-tuning everything, and the results are outstanding. The steering wheel is now perfectly straight, and the car drives flawlessly. I’m really impressed with how well he addressed the issue and exceeded my expectations. Hany’s dedication and effort were exceptional, and I’m very grateful for his help.”
“I had two cars inspected here in the past week. It was time for both of my vehicles to receive their state safety inspections. Simple process. Line was long, but that's to be expected anywhere. For how long the line was, it moved quickly and I was able to get in and out in about an hour and a half. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional. I'll be back next year!”
“I took my husband's car here last Saturday late afternoon and they worked us in without a problem. We got a ride home and authorized the work by phone with a plan to p/u the car before closing, which I believed was 7 pm. We got there by 630 pm and to our surprise the lights were out =/!! My son and I walked around the bay and found the guy who had helped us, Edward, who was about to drive away in his own car to go home after a long day. Pleading and waving our arms, he saw us running towards him, and without hesitation, he ran back with us to re-open the store, open our ticket, and take our payment. Thank G-d for Edward and people like him for helping us out so selflessly. I hope he gets promoted if he's not the manager yet.
