This store has always been my particular store to go to. However, Abigail was a tremendous help in finding me another boot. I broke my ankle a few months ago and needed something more supportive. She went above and beyond to help me! Really great team and knowledgeable store here. The other older guy that was in there was a tremendous help as well! Keep up the good work you all and thank you!

Don and Tony for absolutely incredible! This was the first time buying shoes at a Red Wing store and I'm going to recommend these shoes to absolutely everyone I know who work outside. Don was there every step of the way to confirming my foot size with the in-depth scanning process of my foot, confirming that my foot did need correction, provided me with the correct souls, and confirmed that my shoes would fit my needs outside. As a woman I find it extremely hard to ever find correct fitting shoes especially for a work environment outside that won't immediately get destroyed with in a year of me having them. They showed me the correct way of lacing, cleaning, and providing me information for making my shoes last as long as possible. If you're ever in the need of a work boot or some nice shoes for casual wear that will last a long time I would highly recommend them. Even though the shoes may make your eyebrows raise at the price tag they genuinely last long when you properly take care of them. So, one of these pairs can outlast 3 to even five pairs of shoes you can buy at a standard store that are marketed towards outdoor use. I wouldn't recommend a better start to go to genuinely these people are awesome and they genuinely care for their customers and their needs. Don and Tony some absolutely incredible people and I couldn't sing any higher praises!

Had a great time! In and out in probably just around 30 minutes. Tony (or Toni, unsure, sorry!) was awesome at finding me the perfect boots (Irish Setter Cascade with the BOA laces) for my new job, plus some insoles. I've had them for just about a week now, and they're seriously comfortable and do exactly what I need them to do. Great customer service, great product!

First trip to this Red Wing store in Charlottesville Va. Mark Grooms attended to my son’s needs as the Carolina boots we had purchased for him were causing him pain and discomfort. Mark took the time to educate both of us in boot care , wear , warranty etc. Mark custom measured and fitted my son with a pair of 2120’s. They’re a perfect match for the lineman’s work he’ll soon be entering. Mark not only sold a pair of boots to my son but gained another customer for life with his professionalism and product knowledge. The store was immaculate and inviting with its leather chairs and comfortable setting. Mark and the Red Wing brand exceeded all of my expectations !! We felt like we were given the special treatment !! Thanks again for above and beyond.

I came in this past weekend and Michael helped me out. He was excellent and brought out multiple options, talking me through pros/cons and everything in between. I left there with a pair of Iron Rangers and cannot be more pleased with my experience. I’ll be coming back to buy more in the future for both my wife and I as she loves how my boots look.

I went into the store with a single goal. I wanted a pair of King Toe, 435's Soft Toe, in size 8. Unfortunately this location was currently out of stock. An associate checked the fit with a pair of Safety Toe
435's... the fit was good. A pair of Soft Toe were ordered and Pre-Paid. Hopefully I will be able to pick them up on Tuesday the 3rd as promised
