You better refund my money now, or you’re not going to be happy when I show up at your store. You said I’ll get my refund the next day same time, without even processing a refund. Nothing has showed on my card, 2 days later! I have you on recording also and I have my receipt. I have been calling but no one is answering the phone. Refund my money now!!! Since you wanted to be rude that day I will show you I too can be rude!!
Edit: why should I have to waste my time going there again! You had a copy of my receipt if your company pick up the phone like a business should! It’s been a week now since you said I’ll get my refund, but now you’re telling me I have to go back in the store. What if I don’t live anywhere close to your store, which I don’t. I should just call my bank and dispute this since you want to inconvenience customers and steal their money!! And talk to them recklessly!!!
