Quoc “Q” at VA Nails is the absolute best. He’s super friendly and professional. His attention to detail is why I have and will continue to come to VA Nails for my manicures and pedicures. The shop is very clean and they take extra measures to ensure you have a great experience. They offer beverages and coffee and clean the stations in between customers.
I love sparkles and bright colors. Quoc “Q” helps me to come up with creative fun ideas each time. I frequently get compliments on my nails.
If you are in need of a new nail shop. I strongly recommend you try out VA Nails

Always a phenomenal experience! Q has been my trusted nail technician for a few years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. He is truly THE BEST. The entire team is wonderful. Superb service and quality, always! Highly recommend!

I have been getting my nails done for 30 years. This is the best quality nail salon in Richmond. If you’re more concerned with the quality of work versus the extras, like massages and free wine, then this is your place. It is clean (important to me) and the people are friendly. Ask for “Q.” He is the very best. I get dip service. You will not be disappointed.

Such a good experience! I got acrylic nails done with a design and it only cost me 70 dollars! I've been to other nails salons that charged me the same amount but with no design and basic color. I think this was the best experience I've ever gotten and the attention to detail was great!

The absolute best nail salon I have ever been to--extremely clean, excellent work, friendly, and professional.
Q does my nails, and he scores an A+ every single time. He never rushes to get me done. He takes his time, which is what I prefer, and does an excellent job.
I love how everyone is courteous, and the environment is very relaxing.
It is not the least expensive, but the money is definitely worth it.

Horrible experience. Trimmed my cuticles till they were bleeding. Then filed my nails down till my fingertips were raw. Blood from my cuticles was getting into the dip powder. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely the best nail salon! I’ve been a regular for about 4 years and Q is the best! The entire staff is wonderful, talented and accommodating. Everyone there takes pride in their work and the salon. Once you try VA nails you won’t want to go anywhere else.

I absolutely love VA Nails in Short Pump! My nail tech Q is amazing — they’re incredibly patient, meticulous, and always make sure I leave with perfect nails. The salon uses high-quality products that really make a difference, and my nails always last. The environment is so calming and never chaotic, which makes every visit feel like a little retreat. It’s rare to find a place that feels this relaxing and professional. Highly recommended!

VA Nails is my favorite salon in RVA!! I’ve been going here for about 2 years and they never miss; I always walk out happy and confident! Q is by far the best nail tech I’ve been to, highly recommend! I attached a picture of my graduation nails that Q did for me!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I went here once over 3 years ago & haven’t gone anywhere else since. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. It’s a comfortable environment & feels very at home. Q always does amazing on my nails!

Va Nails offers a pedicure and manicure experience like no other! Q, Mary and the entire staff are kind, courteous and always makes me feel like I’m at home. They are very gentle with the hand and feet. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm. They also provide complimentary water and coffee! I’ve been coming here for over 6 years! They’re the absolute best!
