Terrible service, Angela won’t return calls

Called on monday for a torque converter they said they'd have the part shipped out the next day (tuesday) I tore the car apart got everything apart then the at the end of the work day around 3:45 they called and said. "It'll be there the day after tomorrow." So now I got a car taken a part in my bay taking up a lift that I use to make a living with and then I call Wednesday (the expected day of delivery) and they said that the order hadn't been processed yet and couldn't give me a eta cos they haven't sent it out yet, I ended up flipping over the locked up motor from the car I'm putting a motor in and ripping it apart and using the old torque convertor. They transferred my call to the person who "places the orders" to cancel the entire order and they didnt answer, so I left a voicemail. I called back again this morning(thursday) to try and get through to cancel and angela informs me the order has already been shipped and the only thing that can be done is to not accept the order when its delievered. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because almost 3 years ago i oreded a transmission rebuild kit from them it took a week and a half to get here but it was a very high quality parts when you can get them.
Great parts but terrible logistics and even worse customer service.

Has no diversity in its staff. Mediocre customer service, but they did have the parts needed at a good price.

Had a warranty issue though one of there suppliers and they went out of there way to correct the issue that they weren't even involved with (online order). Thanks for all your help getting the issue resolved and getting the correct part to us the same day! Will hopefully doing business with that place again soon!

I never leave bad reviews but I am going to for this company. They put multiple transmission in my van under warranty taking multiple weeks each time costing me thousands in rental costs. All transmission were complete junk and broke within 5-10k miles every time and then they refused to help me once the final one broke with only 8600 miles on it. Had to have my van towed multiple time costing me $250-300 each time. This is the worst company to buy a transmission from STAY AWAY from WIT. Also the lady in the office is not helpful and has an attitude every time you talk to her. This companies transmissions are garbage. DO NOT WASTE your money with these people.

Horrible customer service! First part I ordered was missing bolts and the replacement was sent damaged because it had not been packaged properly so the part had ridges in it where it was scraped across the floor.
