Kid had one job just now, add tire shine after my wash. Runs over, makes the motion as if he’s doing the work and adds nothing. Make it make sense. Horrible service and over priced! Even three cees car wash is giving much better service than this place.

Just took my car through this car wash, the outside is still notably dirty, there are streaks all over the inside of my windshield, and worst of all, there is a three foot scratch going across the trunk of my car. I paid for the $44 car wash and left with damage and an unclean car.

I would give this place negative 10 stars.
- The corporation is saving money by closing one lane after 3 PM, which causes significant delays.
- The service is horrible; the staff do not care. They are merely spreading dirt all over the car and expecting tips.

The automated car wash part works great -- the detailing people, not so much. Today they must have had a competition going to see who could look busy without doing any work. They did a very poor job on the windows, didn't wipe down the dash, and left dirty shoe marks on the carpet. I had another appointment so will have to go back later. The manager needs to step up his/her game and do QA at the end of the detailing line like they use to do.

Flagship off grant street in herndon is by far my favorite flagship in the area. This location has friendly staff and full service. Also, the service is super fast! I recommend the montly subscription for your vehicle. I love this flagship!

This place is absolutely terrible! Do NOT go here! Ive been coming here for years and it’s so sad but it’s completely gone down hill. The staff couldn't care less and look like they would rather be anywhere else. Playing on their phones, laying down on the side while waiting for cars to come through. I got the $44 flagship service, and my car is still dirty. I am also now missing an insert for one of interior door pockets. Beyond disappointed and for the price, it’s unacceptable.

I arrived at Flagship Car Wash around 7:15 PM, well before their 8 PM closing time. Right away, I had a feeling the service might be subpar end-of-day rush, workers just trying to get out the door. I understand that. But what happened next was completely unacceptable.
A man in a black shirt walked up to me and, without any greeting or explanation, said: “Here’s your receipt, you only paid for outside.” Not only was this completely wrong, but incredibly rude. No one was even working on my car at that point it was just sitting there.
I calmly told him that I paid for the Flagship service, which includes full exterior, interior, wheels, and tires. He didn’t believe me. I had to pull up my banking app and prove that I paid for the full package not some basic exterior-only wash. Instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake, he doubled down, implying I was wrong and then left, presumably to “check” if I was telling the truth. Completely unprofessional. Frankly, it felt like I was being singled out and treated with suspicion for no reason it was insulting.
And after all that? The car still looks dirty. The wheels are untouched, there’s visible dirt on the paint, and the whole job feels rushed and half-done. I paid $44 for a service that would barely qualify as acceptable from a $10 gas station wash.
Oh, and if you drive a black car? Good luck they leave streaks, spots, and marks every time.
Every time I come to this location, I leave irritated and disappointed. The staff stands around holding towels pretending to work, but the results are consistently sloppy and careless.
This was the final straw. I’m canceling my membership immediately. Flagship is officially off my list. DONE !

Employée at end of wash is extremely rude! She did not take the plastic off my car nor did she wipe the exterior down.
