After a no call back from Brian a day before I visited the office the next day to be received by a snotty receptionist. With a poor attitude I was asked whether I would come back. I responded no and her reply was “good.” What a lovely unprofessional person. If you’re searching for a Non Emergency Medical Transportation policy pass this place up. They get a -5 in my book.

Great place. I’ve been coming here for years now and my parents before me. It’s always quick and easy to come in or call and speak with someone. Usually great atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been dealing with this company for many years. Brian does the best he can but he always has a lot going on. I remember a few people that were employed there that were really great 1 passed away and 1 is no longer with the company but the two leading ladies now That I hope stays forever or long as they can Is Linda and Savannah their customer service skills are very hands-on their detail oriented they remember you by your name they greet you they might not be Having a bad day, but they still make sure they go the extra mile to make you smile and let you know that you are appreciated by making you feel that These type of people are rare people that show up work, and seem happy to do their job is what I mean by rare I know if I ever own a business I’m gonna try to steal both of them because they would definitely be the face of my company!!! Love them!!!!! If anyone is looking for a new policies, please reach out to speak to Linda or Savannah. They would definitely get the job done with the smile on their face. Trust me too their service great job ladies!!!

Brian Smith is the best helper for my sr-22 and is very nice and polite. He gave me advise on what to do and how to go about certain situations. He is very helpful and I recommend this office to anyone that needs car insurance.
